About: I’ve been around animals my entire life and genuinely love caring for them. I grew up in a homeschooled household with a dog and three cats, so being hands-on with pet care was just part of everyday life. As a kid, I was known around my neighborhood for walking dogs, pet sitting, and helping out wherever I could—even mowing lawns for neighbors—so responsibility and reliability were instilled in me early on. I also spent time working on an alpaca farm, which gave me experience caring for animals with different needs and personalities. In my adult life, I regularly help care for my sister’s three dogs, and since she’s a veterinarian, I’ve learned a lot about animal behavior, health, and proper care through her. I’m also very involved with my two nephews, so patience and attentiveness come naturally to me. One of the most meaningful experiences I’ve had was caring for our family dog, Toby, in his later years. As the youngest, it became my responsibility to make sure he was comfortable, safe, and well cared for as he aged. He lived to be 16, and that experience taught me a lot about compassion, consistency, and the importance of attentive care. Pet care fits easily into my daily routine because I already structure my days around being consistent, active, and attentive. I’m used to building my schedule around responsibilities, so walks, feeding times, and check-ins feel like a natural part of my day rather than something extra. On a weekly basis, I regularly help care for my sister’s dogs, so I’m already in the rhythm of walking, feeding, and spending quality time with pets. I also keep a flexible schedule, which allows me to give pets the time, attention, and care they need without rushing. Overall, I enjoy having pet care as part of my routine—it keeps me active, present, and doing something I genuinely enjoy. I focus on keeping pets comfortable by maintaining their normal routine as closely as possible. In a client’s home, I follow all care instructions carefully—feeding schedules, walks, medications if needed, and any specific preferences—so your pet feels safe and stress-free in their own environment. I also make sure they get plenty of attention, playtime, and companionship, not just the basics. If I’m caring for a pet in my home, I provide a clean, calm, and safe environment where they can relax. I keep a consistent schedule for feeding, walks, and bathroom breaks, and I’m always attentive to their behavior and needs. I make sure they feel included and comfortable, whether that means active play or just relaxing nearby. No matter the setting, my priority is making sure each pet feels secure, cared for, and happy while you’re away.

About: Animals have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. While I don't currently have pets at my apartment where I'll be pet sitting, my family has five dogs, so I'm very familiar with caring for multiple dogs with different personalities, energy levels, and routines. I volunteered with a local animal rescue throughout all four years of high school, where I cared for dogs of all ages and temperaments by walking, feeding, socializing, and helping them feel safe and comfortable while they waited to find their forever homes. About: Hi! I recently moved to the Leland area! I mostly work from home, but may have to go into the office on occasion. I generally am pretty flexible and can take same-day bookings depending on my work schedule, meetings, or if far travel is necessary. I am an absolute animal lover. I have had dogs since I was a child. Recently, my childhood pet passed. I am looking to fill the pet void as I decide if I want to pursue getting a puppy. I’m happy to come to your place or could bring your baby to mine (depending on size, behavior, and energy level). I have currently closed my boarding availability.
