Hi! My name is Isabelle, and caring for animals has always been a huge part of my life. I grew up with dogs and spent much of my childhood riding horses, so being around animals has always felt like second nature to me. I also have two dogs of my own at home that I absolutely love, so I truly understand how important it is to trust someone with your pets. I bring over five years of hands-on veterinary experience, including working in a 24/7 emergency and specialty animal hospital in Boise, ID, where I worked primarily with dogs and cats. I started in the Emergency Room as a Technician Assistant, helping with patient care, administering medications, assisting with radiographs, collecting samples, and ensuring every pet received compassionate, high-quality treatment. I was later promoted to a Veterinary Assistant in the Cardiology department, where I assisted with advanced procedures such as echocardiograms, ECGs, blood pressure monitoring, placing heart monitors, etc. I also educated clients on heart conditions, managed medical records, and ensured accurate care for every patient. In addition to my veterinary background, I have previous pet sitting experience caring for dogs, cats, and even chickens. I’m comfortable with feeding routines, medication administration, exercise needs, and providing attentive, reliable care while you’re away. A few months ago, I relocated from Boise, ID, and I’m excited to continue working with pets in this new community! My medical background allows me to confidently care for pets with special needs, administer medications, and recognize when something may be off. Most importantly, I treat every pet as if they were my own.
