About: I am more excited to hang out with your pets than you are for your vacation. Grew up with dogs and cats, and I am currently the go-to sitter among my family and friends! I am freelance editor and part-time substitute teacher with 100% control of my schedule. It was hard to tell she was even there! And of course, most of all, my dog was so well cared for. He needed medication all week which she had no problem administering them. “We had Don watch our 3 year old dog for 3 nights and 4 days. He was absolutely the perfect sitter. He arrived at 5:30AM so we could have our dog be with him while we headed to the airport to relieve any anxiety and stayed until 7:00PM so we could get back not too late with our dog being alone. Don was very kind, sweet, and attentive towards our dog. He asked for a detailed item list for his stay, he sent us a ton of photos and videos without us having to always ask, and reached out to help clean up sheets, vacuum, take the trash out before his stay ended. You can tell he has a passion for dogs and truly enjoys spending time with them. I would highly recommend Don if you are looking to enjoy your vacation or time away and want to feel like you can trust someone to make your dog happy. About: Animals have an incredible ability to ease the tension they sense in the ones they love, so in turn I would like to provide a sense of safety and love with each encounter with your pet. Your chosen family is often stronger than the one you are born into, and these animals that we have taken into our homes and hearts show it clearly and consistently. I have worked in an animal hospital for about 2 1/2 years and in my time I learned many tools to create a safe and welcoming environment. I can trim nails, clean ears, brush out matts comfortably and give sanitary haircuts. I was trained to give thorough baths to make pets squeaky clean! I can also administer medication and have taken care of pets who are getting up there in years. I have experience watching 20-30 dogs in a group setting and can walk up to 7 dogs comfortably at a time. I have basic dog training knowledge and I am familiar with animal behavior and how to deescalate potential dangerous situations and soothe an anxious animal. I will soon be going back to school and have a part-time job so my schedule is flexible. I am looking to add walking pet sitting and bathing back into my routine. Written instructions on specifics on how to care for your pets are helpful in making sure your standards of care are being met. Trust is a need not a want when it come to animals, some need easing into meeting a new person and some are all in on the initial meeting, whatever the case forcing a connection is the best way to destroy it. Taking time to bond is something essential to animal caregiving.

About: Animals have always been a part of my life (19 years and counting!). I’ve had the joy of raising dogs, chickens, birds, rats, mice, a snake, rabbits, and cats. I have worked with multiple rescues, and being around animals is truly a joy to me. I’m skilled in handling special needs animals. I understand that every critter has its own personality and needs, so no matter the pet, I’m here to give them the care and attention they deserve! About: From dogs, cats, frogs, and everything in between, I’m an avid pet lover! My current rescue is a German shepherd mix named, Butters. I spent my day’s walking and playing with her. We also love visiting her fur friends! I am currently working part time so my availability is open Mondays-Friday 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. for day visits. Weekends I’m free all day! I have a large, fenced yard with a loving fur baby, Butters. She is a social pup and would love some company! Dogs can be in and out of the home as they please. But bedtime is always inside! We are so lucky to have found Anna! Not only do our pets love her immensely, but she’s reliable, transparent, flexible, and so patient! Our pets can be handful, and Anna always handles them with grace and understanding. Our flight got massively delayed on our way back, and I could figure out logistics with peace of mind because Anna drove back to our house at 10pm when I texted her frantically. It’s clear she loves our animals, and we are always so happy to work with her! I’d recommend her to anybody!
I can’t say enough good things! She watched my dogs during a trip and took such good care of them that even my fearful dog opened up to her for cuddles. She even cleaned and washed everything she used so we wouldn’t have to worry about cleaning when we got back. On top of all that, our flight got canceled and she added on services at the last minute to accommodate us and our pups’ needs. BEST dog sitter! Both of our crazy cats looked happy to see us when we got home, but they also looked relaxed. We could tell they were well taken care of.
Sandra was a fabulous sitter for Rigby! She kept him engaged and spoiled rotten! He was such a happy dog when I returned from my trip. I felt so at peace knowing he was under her care. Rigby is an active GSP that can be demanding on folks not familiar with the breed. Sandra was amazing at setting the necessary boundaries and engaged play time, which I could tell from his behavior when I returned.
Mira was perfect. The first time my dogs met her they were instantly comfortable with her. She watched them in our home for 10 days while I was on the other side of the country and I had complete confidence they were being loved and well cared for. She took them for frequent walks/runs and made some new friends around the neighborhood. She provided regular updates and pics and was always quick to respond. We even came home to a clean house and fresh sheets! I’ll definitely book her again.
Kat is a terrific dog sitter. She stayed with our two boys at our house and did an amazing job. We received many updates and pictures of the dogs. She even worked on one of our dog's barking issues and kept him pretty quiet. She also managed our other dog's medication/suppliment needs perfectly. They boys obviously had a blast with her with the many videos and pictures of smiling pups we received 🙂Afterwards we received a full recap, a thank you letter and she even washed the sheets/towels she used. Angie was very communicative and offered to come for a meet and greet. I told her she could come slightly early instead and she offered for extra early. Although it wasn't necessary to come extra early I still appreciated the gesture. She sent multiple photos throughout listened well to my notes about him and the house.
