About: I have been a dog owner for over 30 years. I have played with crazy puppies and I have cuddled with those in their old age. I have a very flexible schedule and I am comfortable with all breeds. I have a very open schedule. Morning, afternoons and early evening are available. I am open to working any day of the week as well. I would care for the pets in their home the same way I would my own - with love, care and playfulness. All pets deserve love and care.

About: I’ve been caring for animals for as long as I can remember! I grew up with three large Goldendoodles and have also had five cats, so pets have always been a big part of my life. From a young age, I was responsible for feeding and walking our dogs and making sure they were happy, exercised, and well cared for. I also have experience pet sitting for neighbors while they were away, caring for both dogs and cats. I would feed them, take them on walks, spend time with them, and make sure they were comfortable and well cared for while their owners were gone. I genuinely love animals and enjoy getting to know each pet’s personality and routine. Since I work from home, I also have flexibility during the day for walks and drop-in visits. I’ll treat your pets like they’re my own! 🐾 I work from home and have a flexible schedule, so I’m available for dog walks and drop-in visits in the mornings, around lunch, and in the evenings on weekdays. My availability can vary slightly depending on my work schedule that day, but I’m happy to coordinate ahead of time to find a time that works best for you and your pet. I’m also available for some weekend visits with advance notice. I do not offer boarding or care in my own home. I provide care in the client’s home and on walks, following each pet’s normal routine and their owner’s instructions. I’m happy to provide walks, feeding, fresh water, playtime, cuddles, and general care while you’re away. I’ll make sure pets are comfortable, safe, and get plenty of attention. I also make sure to leave your home clean and secure after each visit. I do not offer boarding or care in my own home.
“Elizabeth was great! She sent several photos of the pets, their food, & litter boxes and included notes on the kitties behaviors, where they were, and what they were doing. Made us feel so relieved that the cats were all taken care of and in good hands. Definitely recommend & will be using her services again!”

“Leigh was great and so flexible with my last minutes needs! Every detail was followed and Duch was well taken care of! I definitely recommend Leigh and will be rebooking in the future!!”

“Christie was great. I contacted her last minute to watch Hunter and she replied quickly confirming. She sent us pictures of Hunter when she visited our house and kept us updated on how the visit went. I would highly recommend Christie and she has a repeat client when we travel again. Thank You Christie!!”
“Paul was great! So responsive and most importantly, he really took great care of our beloved Mabel! This was our first time ever using the Rover app and it was a wonderful first time! So easy to just text updates or little quirky things you may have forgotten to mention…Paul gave us the ability to really relax and enjoy our time together! Thank you Paul! We will be requesting you and your diligent service again soon!”

About: I’ve always had a genuine love for animals, and caring for them and making them happy is something I really enjoy ☺️ Over the years, I’ve cared for dogs and cats for neighbors, friends, family, and coworkers. I’ve welcomed dogs into my home and loved them as if they were my own, taking them for walks, playing with them, giving them lots of attention, feeding them according to their family’s wishes, and giving them extra love and care when they aren’t feeling their best. I also love visiting dogs in their own homes, where I can keep them company, take them for walks, play with them, and make sure they’re happy and comfortable in their familiar surroundings. I’ve cared for cats in their homes as well, making sure they have fresh food and water, some playtime and attention, and a safe and secure home while their families are away. For me, pet sitting is making sure your pets feel loved, cared for, and never alone. I know how much our pets mean to us, and I would treat yours with the same love and care I would want for my own❤️ Pet care fits perfectly into my weekly routine. I’m available for drop-in visits and walks Monday through Friday starting at 3 PM, and I’m open and flexible for any needs you may have all day Saturday and Sunday. I love being able to give pets the attention, care, exercise, and companionship they need while their families are away ❤️ I care for pets in my home and in my clients’ homes with lots of love, patience, and attention. I want every pet to feel safe, comfortable, happy, and cared for while their family is away. I love spending time with them, playing, going for walks, giving cuddles, and simply keeping them company so they never feel lonely. When pets stay in my home, they are truly treated like family. If they’re comfortable and their owners are okay with it, they’re even welcome to sleep on my bed with me! When I visit pets in their own homes, I follow their routines and their family’s instructions carefully. I want them to feel comfortable in their familiar surroundings while still getting plenty of love, attention, and reassurance. I know how much our pets mean to us, and I would care for yours the same way I’d want someone to care for mine.

About: I’ve always grown up with pets. Ever since I could remember I’ve been the biggest animal lover. I believe every pet deserves love, happiness, and of course, plenty of belly rubs! I am currently a student at West Chester University with a semi flexible schedule. my availability varies depending on my class schedule, but I am more than happy to work with you to find the best time for you and your pets.! As an animal lover and a pet owner myself, I know how important it is for certain aspects to be based on routine. I will always treat your pets and your home as I would want mine to be treated!
About: I’ve been around pets my whole life, from cats to dogs. I love animals with my whole heart and love being around them! I have watched my family and families friends pets. I am currently enrolled at West Chester University so pet care can fit into my weekly routine after my classes are over which is usually around mid day. Pet care can also fit into my weekly routine when I am not working at my part time job. In my clients home I will make sure I have an eye on the pet at all times and make sure they get everything they need. While also making sure they have a fun time with extra snuggles!
“That’s great to hear. I really can’t thank you enough for doing so well with him. It’s such great peace of mind to know he’s in good hands during the day. Thanks again, and have a great weekend yourself!”

“I just started using Beth as my dog walker and she has been amazing! She is very reliable, always on time and she also responds to my messages in a timely manner. My dog Finn loves her, I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone to walk their dog!”

About: I have taken care of cats and dogs since I was a child. From puppies and kittens to old dogs and cats. I have fostered and sat for friends and family. I have a dog of my own who’s a very active breed so I am constantly playing or walking with her. My family has two cats and they are a blast to play with or just hangout with. I can create a nice environment for your pet, however you see fit. For active dogs we can go on walks or find a fenced in area to play.
About: I've cared for my sister's dog for over 5 years, and she means the world to me. Being around animals brings me so much joy, and I treat them like family. I'm a passionate animal lover who values their happiness, comfort, and well-being above all else. Whether it's walks, playtime, or quiet companionship, I strive to make every moment special for the pets in my care. I currently work a part-time job, but I’m fully committed to making time for dog sitting on my days off. I have a flexible schedule and am happy to accommodate your needs on any days I’m not working at my other job. Caring for animals is my passion, and I’m dedicated to providing reliable, attentive, and loving care whenever I’m available. When caring for pets in a clients home, I respect their space and follow any instructions provided carefully. My goal is to make sure the pets feel secure by maintaining regular routines.
About: I’ve had my own dog since 2017 and have helped care for him ever since. For the past 5 summers, I’ve also dog sat and house sat for a family friend’s two standard poodles, one elderly dog with hip issues and hearing/vision loss, and one younger, high-energy dog who needed lots of attention and play. Last fall, I cared for the older dog during his final days, helping him stand, supporting him outside, and cleaning up after him when needed. I have also dogsat for my cousin's dogs for multiple days, walking them however much they needed and spending time with them. In addition, I’ve cared for a family friend’s cat by feeding her, refreshing water, cleaning the litter box, and spending time with her while they were away. I currently have a very flexible schedule. I’m waiting to hear back about a summer internship, but even with that I would still be available for evening visits and weekends. If I do not get the internship, I’ll likely be working part-time with varying shifts, which would still allow me to do pet care during the other half of the day and let pets out before and after work. I’m reliable with scheduling and happy to work around your pet’s needs. I have an electric fence but can take will take it out on a leash if they aren't fence trained. I have a dog that is not 100% reliable on how friendly he will be if it is a male but we can easily put him away for a few hours and keep him calm. I would mostly keep a client's pet within their home/neighborhood.

He is incredibly trustworthy and updates me on the animals each time he’s there with pictures and videos! The pups and myself could not recommend him more to take care of your animal needs!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
