This was my first time booking care through Rover and Patti walked us through the process so smoothly. Her home and yard are beautiful and Patti was friendly and welcoming during the meet and greet, drop off, pick up, and in all her messages. My whole family LOVED the daily updates with photos and videos while we were away. We missed Rosie, but could see she was being treated like a princess and was also having lots of fun with Patti's two little dogs ☺️ And the best sign was from Rosie -- She was very calm and content when we brought her home, not anxious as she had been after a couple traditional kennel experiences in the past.
