About: Hi there! My name is Payton, and if your pet could pick their own sitter, I’d like to think we’d be best friends. 😊 I’m a certified canine trainer with experience ranging from basic obedience all the way to working dogs trained in tracking, scent detection, and behavior modification. I’ve worked with puppies, seniors, high-energy dogs, shy dogs, and even the occasional spicy dog that isn’t everyone’s cup of tea. I also have a background in veterinary medicine, so I’m comfortable administering medications, monitoring pets recovering from procedures, and keeping a close eye on any special needs your pet may have. When your pet is in my care, they’re treated like family. I know how hard it can be to leave your pets behind, so I make it a point to send plenty of photos, updates, and little messages so you know exactly how they’re doing while you’re away. A little about my schedule: I work at a pediatric dental clinic during the week, but I have a long lunch break that allows me to return home and let pets out, provide potty breaks, playtime, cuddles, check-ins, and feedings throughout the day. Thursdays and Fridays are shorter workdays for me, and I’m off on weekends and most holidays. Creating a safe and comfortable environment is my top priority, whether your pet is in my home or I’m caring for them in yours. In my home, I use secure kennels to provide pets with a cozy, structured space, especially during rest periods or overnight stays. For transport, I have two large, crash-tested Ruffland kennels in my vehicle to ensure every ride is as safe as possible. When caring for pets in their own home, I take every effort to follow your instructions to the letter. I believe consistency is key, so I maintain your pet’s routine, from feeding times and walks to their favorite toys or sleeping spots. Your pet’s comfort, safety, and happiness always come first.

About: I'm the guy who gets called when you get called in but haven't taken poor pookie out for a walk, the one who's there as you're planning your weekend get away, cats, dogs, birds of all sizes and personalities. Call me a day ahead for any inquiries to discuss distance and needs and I'll work on the time that they need for the best pet support. Communication is key and quite frankly unavoidable, I like to let the pet themself feel me out. You can pay me to come but only your pet can want to keep me around.

“Olivia was amazing! This was our first time using Rover. Our baby boy, Emerson Roy, has a traumatic past as a shelter rescue. He is extremely shy and nervous around new people and it takes him a long time to trust and recognize safe humans especially if mom and dad are not present. Olivia accommodated all of our requests and went by Emerson’s pace. She gave him space, while also talking to him and comforting him. Her communication was 10/10, she was always on time, extremely responsive, and gave us reassurance while we were out of state. We will continue to book her for our sitting needs. On top of her skills as a pet sitter, she is so warm, funny, personable, and caring. She asked all of the right questions at the meet and greet (including safety/emergency planning), and even left a pair of shoes and a sweatshirt so that Emmy could warm up to her scent a week before our booking time. Olivia went above and beyond to provide excellent care. Including but not limited to insulin injections, pill administration, and SQ Fluid administration. Then, I pursued other opportunities in the veterinary field. During my tenure as a vet tech I also pet sat for clients. Experience with dogs, cats, sugar gliders, birds Currently, I am only accepting cats. I have a flexible schedule but will require at least 2 days notice to meet a new pet. Once established then same day or next day can potentially be accommodated. She communicated really well, drove down to meet the cats before confirming the booking, and showed up on time before us leaving to get access to the building. She also did a wonderful job communicating during our travel/ her stay with the cats. She took care of the cats’ medications needs, too! What I loved most about her is how prompt she is about responding to any messages. She kept us updated with pictures and lots of other information. She has been kind to the cats and tolerated them sleeping in/ on her suitcase, ha ha. We found the cats happy and healthy. She also took care of our place, it looks great- just as we left it. I have 30 years of experience caring for all kinds of animals, from fish and small pets to dogs, cats, livestock, and horses. About: I have been a veterinary technician for 3+ years and counting. We have had pets in our home since I can remember. I have grown up with the love and loyalty that our pets provide and is something that I cherish. I started pet sitting for coworkers and clients for about 2 years now. About: I recently graduated from Strawberry Crest High School with my Vet Assistant Certification after 4 years of vet program studies and 1 year of clinical experience. I recently graduated high school after a 4 year vet program with my CVA and 1 year clinical experience. I am going to college to work towards being a veterinarian.
