“Cathy was a great house sitter who looked after our two cats while we were traveling. She communicated really well, drove down to meet the cats before confirming the booking, and showed up on time before us leaving to get access to the building. She also did a wonderful job communicating during our travel/ her stay with the cats. She took care of the cats’ medications needs, too! What I loved most about her is how prompt she is about responding to any messages. She kept us updated with pictures and lots of other information. She has been kind to the cats and tolerated them sleeping in/ on her suitcase, ha ha. We found the cats happy and healthy. She also took care of our place, it looks great- just as we left it. She also washed the sheets and towels and overall left the place exactly as she found if not better☺️ She is a kind person, and very personable. About: I'm the guy who gets called when you get called in but haven't taken poor pookie out for a walk, the one who's there as you're planning your weekend get away, cats, dogs, birds of all sizes and personalities. Call me a day ahead for any inquiries to discuss distance and needs and I'll work on the time that they need for the best pet support. Communication is key and quite frankly unavoidable, I like to let the pet themself feel me out. You can pay me to come but only your pet can want to keep me around.
About: I worked at an animal shelter for a 4 years- fostering litters of puppies and older dogs at my home. I’m currently studying Animal Behavior & Digital Cinematography through online classes; I am a Certified Vet Assistant. I have 2 friendly active dogs of my own as well! I currently work at a rescue part-time, so I have experience with all breeds from all types of backgrounds! From anxious dogs to the high energy goofball’s I can handle it. I’m currently a part-time student and part time employee at a boarding facility. I go on runs, walks and hikes and would love to bring your pet for a stroll. I am also able to just hang out and spend quality time with your pup or cat if they have separation anxiety. I have a fenced yard and pool. If your animal needs to be kenneled, a crate will need to be provided. Three people in total live in my household, so someone will always be present to keep an eye on everything. Feeding will be done separate as a safety precaution and playtimes with my personal dogs will be monitored. I treat every animal as though they are my own; furbabies are exactly as the name suggests- babies!!
