About: Some people call me DogDude. I've loved and rescued dogs my entire life. Thus far I've rescued over twenty, and I had nine at the most at one time. I even had two beds pushed together so all nine could sleep with me. It was furry and chaotically wonderful. Seven of those original are gone, and I miss those days. I've worked with puppies, and one rescue was even pregnant. I saw her through the pregnancy and adopted all the pups except the one I kept. I've also worked with and rescued seniors. I lived in Puerto Rico for three years, and I rescued two there and flew them back when returning to the states. I adopted a sweet old Cocker Spaniel from a program in Michigan. Her owner had been murdered by her ex-husband in Detroit. I could go on, but suffice it to say, most of my rescues have interesting stories. My most recent came from a ditch in Tennessee. It would be a pleasure to work with you and your pet(s). I'm an avid hiker with a membership to Eagle Creek. I've taken dogs out hiking with me and living doing so, if clients are comfortable with that. My availability varies, as I also own and operate a small business I operate from home and work at a brewery. I'm very flexible, though, and will work and communicate with clients to the best of my ability. At this time, I do not offer in-home pet care at my home. I'm only available for taking care of pets in your home. Thank you.

“He was absolutely great with butterscotch. It's the 1st time since adopting her that I've been away from her. But he was great with her and took great care of her. I recommend him sitting for your pet at any extended days . She was great with him got along great together.”

About: I have over 2.5 years of professional pet care experience at a busy boarding facility, in which I took care of dogs and cats, plus extensive personal experience caring for dogs, cats, and rabbits. Not only that, but I have a special interest in canine ethology, which carries over into my everyday life. Currently, I have two rabbits and have raised seven kits (baby rabbits) myself, along with caring for a total of nine rabbits over time, all now happily homed! I’ve also grown up with and raised a variety of dog breeds in my 21 years of life —from an 180 lb European Great Dane and another Great Dane rescue, to two Cocker Spaniels, an Irish Water Spaniel, and a Cavalier Spaniel. Right now, I share my home with a Great Dane named "Bmo" and an Irish Water Spaniel named "Butter" alongside my two bunnies, who were mentioned previously. We are definitely a Spaniel and Great Dane home if you can tell :). This hands-on experience gives me a deep understanding of different temperaments, needs, care routines, handling, and training. Although I have not had the honor of raising cats in my home, or growing up with them side by side -- I do have personal experience in caring for neighbors cats', as well as my professional experience in caring for cats at a boarding facility, here in Indiana. I’m comfortable administering medication, managing feeding schedules, and adapting to each pet’s personality. What sets me apart is my genuine passion, patience, and commitment to making every pet feel safe, comfortable, and loved. Pet care is a natural part of my daily life. I’m currently available full-time, as I have parted with my commercial pet boarding job to focus on 1 on 1 care... which means I can offer flexible scheduling, whether you need early morning visits, midday check-ins, or evening cuddles! I’m used to the rhythms of feeding, walks, litter box cleaning, playtime, and giving pets the attention they deserve on their schedule, not mine. I prioritize safety and comfort above all. Whether caring for pets in my home or yours, I create a calm, secure environment tailored to each pet’s needs. Please feel free to "info dump" on me, as I closely follow your instructions for feeding, exercise, and medication, and I’m always attentive to changes in behavior or health. In my home, pets have a clean, quiet space with plenty of fresh water, toys, and cozy spots to relax. When I visit your home, I treat it with respect, leaving everything exactly as I found it while ensuring your pet feels safe and loved. Building trust with both pets and their owners is my top priority—so you can relax knowing your furry family member is in caring, capable hands.

About: I have been a dog and/or cat owner my entire life. I believe our pets are family members and treat them as such. I have provided care for many different dog breeds, as well as cats, and am also experienced in giving medicine and administering shots. Let me share my love of animals with your precious pet(s)! I have done medical transcription for over 35 years and can do it from anywhere, so I am available 24/7 to care for your pet. I can care for your pet(s) in your home just as if you were there. I am also able to do any routine tasks required (take out trash bins, plant watering, lawn maintenance, or any other chores needed).

About: I have taken care of my family friends farm animals. I’ve been able too take care of kittens, bottle feed and litter train them. I have trained my dog too be a service dog. Teaching him grounding and too be a good puppy all around. I had a lot of different pets growing up, turtles, hamsters, fish. The animals I was able too take care of on the farm were, horses, emus, pig’s. I have always loved working with animals and I look forward too spending time with your baby. I don’t have a job right now, I wanted to get more experience with different kinds of animals and different kinds of personality’s in pets. My schedule is very flexible at the moment, giving me plenty of time too spend with your pets. I have my dog at the moment, he’s rotten but most of the time he just needs some energy run out of him. He loved playing ball and being in the creek. Taking care of your pet and making sure they are doing things they are comfortable with and things they are enjoying are important too me. I try too clean up my puppy’s toys he got out every night before we go too bed. So keeping your home clean after your animal had a good day is also as important.

Amy M.
“Amy is incredibly caring and considerate with animals, especially dogs. Her two most recent dogs, miniature dachshunds named Molly and Tiller, were treated just like her own kids. She was always playful with them and looked after them day and night. She now enjoys travelling to see and take care of her "grand-dogs," Bodhi and Gordy. I can't imagine anyone being a better caregiver for someone's pet(s).”

Micheala G.
“I have a small white fluffy dog his name is Canelo. He’s super friendly and sweet and he enjoys playing with Micheala. Everytime she comes over canelo gets excited and wants her attention and to give belly rubs. Micheala is trust worthy and pays attention to making sure my doggy gets feed and has plenty of water.”

Thank you so much, Elizabeth, for looking after our pooch and moggy, Molly and Luna. You were prompt every day, cared for them wonderfully, and we loved the daily pictures showing them happy and well looked after. Our aging dog Molly was looking great when we returned, like we hadn’t been away. Thank you very much and we would definitely ask for your help again if needed and if you’re willing. Cheers!
