About: Hi we are Don and Bobbi! We both have grown up around dogs our entire lives and have always been passionate about caring for animals. Between our families, we’ve had many dogs and cats over the years, giving us experience with pets of different ages, sizes, and personalities. Today, we have two dogs and a cat of our own and understand the importance of providing pets with love, attention, exercise, and a safe environment. We’ve also pet sat for friends and family and have enjoyed getting to know and care for their pets as if they were our own. We decided to join Rover because we love spending time with animals and thought it would be a fun way to help other pet owners feel confident that their pets are receiving excellent care while they’re away. Bobbi works from home Monday-Friday and Don works from home Monday and Friday. Someone will always be home to care for your animals! Our flexible schedules allow pet care to be a priority. We have a massive yard for the dogs to run around and are constantly going on leashed walks near our house. Our house is their house and we are happy to play with your pup as much as they need!

“We were in a pinch to find a dog sitter after my mom injured her foot before we were scheduled to travel. So thankful we found Carleen!! She was fantastic with our three pups, even in the face of some unexpected digestive issues. Carleen was responsive, provided regular status updates (and photos), and followed our somewhat intricate potty and feeding routine perfectly (with three dogs, if can be a bit much!). It was such a relief to know we were leaving our babies in the hands of someone who clearly loves animals as much as we do. We cannot recommend her enough!!”

I also pay close attention to each pet's behavior and body language so I am able to recognize when something seems out of character or when they need a different approach, committing to always notify the owner for follow up. I never force interactions or activities- for example, if a dog is not interested in a walk, I will adjust and find an alternative way to keep them engaged and comfortable. Above all, I prioritize a clean, safe, and low-stress environment where both cats and dogs feel secure and well cared for.
