About: While I am currently unemployed and staying at my parents home, our family dog (Havanese) of 17 years recently passed away in February 2026. Now that my mother is retiring this summer, we wish to fill the empty home, and our combined newly gained free time, with some furry friends! For in-home boarding we will be a mother-son team with pretty wide open schedules to care for our furry guests, and will provide a great big house and yard in a great pet-friendly neighborhood for them to enjoy! I can also sit at your home if that is more convenient for you and the pet. My parents dog recently passed away at the age of 17. While I was living with them I helped to raise and care for her throughout the years. I thankfully and gratefully have always had dogs to care for throughout my entire life, from as a young child all the way to just recently with the passing of our most recent dog in February 2026. Your pet will have our full attention and their health and happiness will be the priority. We don't live very busy lives and have lots of extra free time now to care for them.

I currently work part-time and remotely on a health science project with the University of Pittsburgh. I am available most of the day to be with your pet! About: Animals have been part of my life since day one. I grew up with dogs and cats of all personalities! I currently share my home with Kisses, my calico, and Teddy, my German Shorthaired Pointer — one of the highest-energy breeds out there — so if your dog goes a mile a minute, I'm more than ready for it!! Over the years I've dog sat for all sizes and breeds — from tiny lap dogs to large, boisterous pups — and I treat every single one like they're my own. Your pet will be loved, played with, and completely spoiled. My home has a fully fenced backyard with plenty of room to run, zoom, and explore that's perfect for dogs who need to burn off some energy. I'm also comfortable administering medication, so pets with special health needs are absolutely welcome. Your baby will get the same attentive care at my place that they get at home. Whether your pet needs a calm, cozy stay or a high-energy playmate, I've got them covered. I can't wait to meet your furry family member! I work remotely with a very flexible schedule, which means pet care is never an afterthought. It's woven into my whole day. I'm home the majority of the week, and on the rare occasion I do step out, I'm never gone for more than 3 hours. Your pet will always have someone present, attentive, and ready to play, cuddle, or just keep them company. No long stretches alone, ever. My home is set up thoughtfully for both dogs and cats. The layout is split-level, with cats having full run of the upstairs and dogs enjoying the main floor plus access to the fully fenced backyard — plenty of space to play, explore, and burn energy safely. The two never have to share space unless everyone is comfortable. I do have a resident calico and a German Shorthaired Pointer, both of whom are friendly and social, so I do ask that visiting pets are comfortable around other animals of their kind. I always offer a free meet-and-greet before booking so we can make sure everyone — pets and people — feels good about the stay before any commitment is made. My home is puppy-proofed and high-energy-dog-ready, and I have 24/7 SimpliSafe security monitoring for added peace of mind. You can expect regular photos and updates throughout every stay because you shouldn't have to wonder how your pet is doing. When caring for pets in your home, I follow your instructions exactly. Your routines, your rules — meal times, crate preferences, favorite toys, walking routes — I stick to all of it. I respect your home as if it were my own, always clean up after your dog outside, and scoop litter boxes daily. Your pet's comfort and your peace of mind are the whole point.

About: I’ve grown up with animals and have ALWAYS had a special place in my heart for them. I have worked in boarding facilities for dogs and cats and currently have 2 overly spoiled dogs I try to take everywhere with me, and 1 cat who runs the household. I know how hard it is to leave them behind and always be sure they are in the best, most loving care possible. I have work from home capability to tend to your best friend 24/7! No amount of potty breaks are too many and there are no time restrictions on feedings. I have a fenced in yard out back and 2 friendly dogs for your fur baby to keep company. I have a play pen for smaller dogs if necessary.
