About: I’ve been taking care of dogs for weeks at a time for the past four years in Colorado and Southern California. I love having your pup around as a friend and companion here in boulder, CO! Your dog can expect lots of walks, hikes, playing in our backyard, and many cuddles! I work remotely from home so have time to take your dog out on walks, feed them at the times they are used to, and hang out and play! I have a fenced in backyard and a park right around the corner. About: I love big dogs, especially GSDs, but have experience with many ages, breeds, and sizes. I grew up with several labs. The last 10 years I raised a German Shepherd from 8 weeks that sadly passed away last summer. Needless to say I miss being covered in dog hair. I have experience with various personalities, separation anxiety, cuts/injuries, and administering medication. I enjoy taking dogs on walks, hikes, and going to parks, but can also just hang out with your pup if that’s what’s desired. I work remote full time and set my own schedule, allowing flexibility all hours and days. I live in a home with plenty of room and a fenced in backyard. Trails are 20 yards away. About: I love and grew up with dogs...we have a very deep and loving connection. Friends always chuckle about how I can put a dog to sleep quickly...when I place my hands on them they relax nearly immediately. I'm a deeply present and observant person who picks up subtle cues and patterns as part of my default programming. Your beloved dog is in great hands with me and I always do my best to keep in alignment with the animal's training. And if you'd like, I can give your dog reiki sessions...that would be a joy! I work from home and make infrequent trips to town, so my schedule is quite flexible. Pet care fits seamlessly into my daily and weekly routine. When caring for a pet in my home or yours, your dog is my first priority and I abide by your instructions for feeding/play/bathroom. I stay observant to learn the way your animal communicates so to allow their nervous system to be as relaxed as possible, knowing they are being well-cared for. If your dog wants to snuggle or play, I make myself fully available for that (unless you have guidelines for how you'd like me to engage with them. I'll take your dog on walks around the property to go to the bathroom and for exercise (we live on a canyon-side). During the warmer season, we have a creek across the street and if you’d like I can take them on-leash down to play in the water.

We live on a quiet road in Coal Creek Canyon with a half acre fenced yard! My other work is currently very flexible so I'm available for pet care pretty much any time. At night, I cook, dance, and will read aloud to whoever is in the house. I find animals love this too. As a private chef, I have a lot of time outside of scheduled private events and parties. I can build catering quotes, shop online, and write menus from anywhere. This leaves plenty of time and attention for animals in my care. I like to be outdoors as much as possible and having a pet companion makes it all the more enjoyable for me. I live in a clean and cozy townhouse very near multiple parks and paths. I use harnesses and good judgment while on excursions. I am trained in pet care, proper hydration, nutrition, and herbalism for pets. I never raise my voice and use positive reinforcement and fun to enlist cooperation. Furthermore, animals that are food motivated or fun motivated LOVE me. I love to be outdoors and active but can also cuddle inside for the furry friends that prefer one or both. If your dog likes to run, good news! I like to go fast on the bike paths! Caring for your pet(s) is the highest honor and takes priority while in my care.
