“We weren’t able to book our normal sitter for our dog reactive pup and thought we’d have to miss a family trip until we met with Chris. Chris met with us and our pup a couple times very close to the date of the trip a to make sure our dog was comfortable in the new environment with new person. Once it seemed like he was, we talked through our dogs reactivity with Chris who was very attentive and understanding. He even went out of his way to let his neighbor (who has a dog) know he’d have a reactive pup there which was very thoughtful. During the trip, Chris gave us great updates and we felt good knowing he was in good hands. If we need a sitter again for any period of time, Chris will definitely be top of mind. Thanks Chris!”

About: I am 18 and I graduated highschool may 2026. I have a lot of experience with dogs and other animals. When I was younger I participated in dog training 4-h where I would take my dog and train him surrounded by a lot of other dogs. I also worked at a doggy daycare where I would watch many dogs at once and keep them all calm, fed, and happy. I have four dogs of my own, two Dalmatians and two chiawawa mixes. So I have a lot of experience in handling all types of dog sizes and breeds. About: Born and raised living in an animal house! Between the 3-4 dogs at a time, 2 cats (+the ones we took care of outside), and the 50+ rabbits we had, oh and lets not forget the pet oppossom we rescued, I'd say I know a thing or two about taking care of animals! About: I love big dogs, especially GSDs, but have experience with many ages, breeds, and sizes. I grew up with several labs. The last 10 years I raised a German Shepherd from 8 weeks that sadly passed away last summer. Needless to say I miss being covered in dog hair. I have experience with various personalities, separation anxiety, cuts/injuries, and administering medication. I enjoy taking dogs on walks, hikes, and going to parks, but can also just hang out with your pup if that’s what’s desired. About: I am a total animal person :) I love all animals and especially dogs. I treat all dogs as if they were my own companion. I love to reward them with high quality treats and natural peanut butter. I grew up taking care of all types of animals. I had chinchillas, rabbits, dogs, hamsters, fish etc.. I have been training dogs for 28 years and have watched and read a lot of dog training videos and books. Lennon was a very diificult dog to train because she's incredibly smart, independent and not very food motivated. I understand how to deal with all types of personalities/ quirks and needs from my wide range of dogs I have cared for. I have watched 14 year old standard poodles with a lot of anxiety and medical issues, to a shy mini poodle or a collie that wants to chase Lennon all day every day. Also my dog Lennon has severe allergies and very sensitive skin etc. so she takes medicine daily and I give her probiotics and am always watching to make sure she's not having a bad reaction. She has gone into anaphylaxis twice and luckily I knew the signs and was able to get her to the vet just in time to save her life. I take dog care very seriously because of this, if I notice any change in behavior or red eyes etc. I will notify you immediately and see what the course of action should be. I value giving pet owners peace of mind because I know what it is like to be worried about your animal while traveling and theres no worse feeling. I love to send lots of pictures and videos so you never have to wonder how your pup is doing. I watched dogs on Rover for 2 years before in Georgia when I was married and unfortunately it was all booked under my ex's profile so you can't see all my reviews. I take my Aussie-doodle Lennon for daily walks and have multiple playtime sessions daily with fetch balls, plush toys, doing tricks, playing tug a war etc. I also have a big comfy couch downstairs I love to snuggle with my pup on. When the weather is nice I love to go on dog friendly hikes during (between 1-4 miles) nothing too crazy especially if it is hot outside. If your dog is snuggly, I offer snuggles. If they are play oriented I offer tons of play and my pup Lennon LOVES to play and chill (she's very insanely emotionally intelligent). She knows when to play and when to relax - which I love about her. I will always take dogs for walks (weather permitting) and take them out to potty every 3-4 hours minimum.

About: I have loooved dogs and had them as part of my family my entire life. I've fostered for rescues, volunteered at shelters, and walked and housesat countless times. My husband and I currently have four pups - two senior gals with lots of needs and two “littles” with lots of energy. I am comfortable with the needs of senior dogs, puppies, aggressive dogs, shy dogs, etc. Please note I do not provide free meet and greets that are more than 20 minutes away from our home in Nederland. I am happy to video chat to meet you and your pack, or book a 30-minute drop-in visit for in-person time (select one animal at booking no matter how many you have)! I am particularly fond of all dogs which is why my wife and I have fostered nearly a dozen rescue and foster dogs/puppies over the last 8 years. Along with raising two high energy Australian shepherds from puppies, I have had plenty of experience handling medium to large size dogs that can be reactive or fearful under certain situations or are simply a handful. Having worked with a lot of dogs I know they all have their own unique personalities and challenges and understand the importance of flexibly adjusting care strategies. I work from home ~2 days per week and when house sitting will remain with your pet during the day. I generally do long walks in the mornings before work and after. Dog walks or short visits during the day can be arranged as long as they are done so well in advance. I have two relatively high energy dogs who need a lot of attention. Generally, I take them to an open fenced in space in the mornings to play fetch then go for a walk. We then go for a shorter walk in the evenings. We have a small fenced garden that we let them out in to do their business when they need to 2-3 times per day. As our dogs have gotten older and more mellow/better behaved we've relaxed a number of rules such going on furniture or sleeping in our room at night.

I closely follow feeding schedules, medication instructions, and any special care requirements. About: I have been around dogs since the day I was born. Always living with at least two in my house. Most have been rescues but I have had the opportunity to train some from 8 weeks old. I watch both of my best friends dogs when they go out of town usually for a couple of nights. I love dogs with all my heart. I always walk and care for them no matter whose they are. I’m currently spending time back home and have lots of extra time to help take care of your pets. I’m available most days to either walk, or house sit depending on your needs. I love animals and can help for single to multiple days. I have three dogs that all get along well with other dogs. If you needed me to take care of your pets at my house I have plenty of space and activities. Behind my house is a soccer field as well as a trail up to mesa cortina. About: I am 18 and I graduated highschool may 2026. I have a lot of experience with dogs and other animals. When I was younger I participated in dog training 4-h where I would take my dog and train him surrounded by a lot of other dogs. I also worked at a doggy daycare where I would watch many dogs at once and keep them all calm, fed, and happy. I have four dogs of my own, two Dalmatians and two chiawawa mixes. So I have a lot of experience in handling all types of dog sizes and breeds. As for other animals, I have the most experience with fish and guinea pigs as I used to care for fish at my job and my little sister had a guinea pig so I know everything about how to care for one. I can fit in any lifestyle your pet has, whether they are active or a stay-at-home. “We weren’t able to book our normal sitter for our dog reactive pup and thought we’d have to miss a family trip until we met with Chris. Chris met with us and our pup a couple times very close to the date of the trip a to make sure our dog was comfortable in the new environment with new person. Once it seemed like he was, we talked through our dogs reactivity with Chris who was very attentive and understanding. He even went out of his way to let his neighbor (who has a dog) know he’d have a reactive pup there which was very thoughtful. During the trip, Chris gave us great updates and we felt good knowing he was in good hands. If we need a sitter again for any period of time, Chris will definitely be top of mind. Thanks Chris!”
