About: Growing up, I had 4 dogs and a cat, seperated between households. More recently, I've been much more cat oriented since my partner is a lover of cats. I try to stay up to date on training research, and I'm big on communication! Your pet is your family member, and I want to know how to treat them best! I'm a freelancer so my schedule is always changing! I travel a lot both locally and further so making stops and changes in my plans are normal for me! I like to know exactly how you want your pet treated so expect lots of questions so I can ensure your pet feels safe and happy while their best friend (you) is away!
“Huge huge huge shout out to MacKenzie for watching my pups while I was out of town! I just moved up here and was a little worried about being away from the new place/state and leaving the dogs up here in the meantime. However, MacKenzie just seemed trustworthy, cool, and kind, and I was right! Not only did she want to make sure she did a good job and followed their schedules and everything to a T, she also just loved and cared about them instantly. What really sold MacKenzie as just being a rockstar was her willingness to work with my one dog who has major stranger danger and takes a bit to trust especially with females. MacKenzie did what she could and spent a lot of time focusing on his comfortability and building his trust with her while still ensuring my other dog got her attention and love as well. Throughout the visits, MacKenzie gave me numerous photos and videos as well as updates from all her visits. About: I have always had pets my whole life, a whole variety of them too! I have experience working with much larger animals including horses as well, which happen to be my favorite! I have cared for a handful of neighbors pets including walking them, feeding, taking out, and playing too. I am working part-time currently so I will have plenty of time to play with and care for your feline or fido! Walks are always a plus as I get my exercise too! I am always one to put the animal first. If your baby is a little more skiddish, I'll give them plenty of time to warm up! If they want to play an extra few minutes, I'm more than happy to throw their toy for them. If they would rather relax and cuddle, I will be more than happy! Whatever they want always comes first.
About: I grew up with dogs, and owned my own for 7 years. I have house sat for multiple families and prefer to stay at the home since I have found it to be less stressful for the pets. I have experience with dogs, cats, rats, Guinea pigs, horses, and even reptiles! I also have experience with animals that need medication such as anxiety meds and insulin. I am currently in esthetics school and working park time. Depending on when booking my schedule may be different. If your pet is special needs, I will adjust my schedule to fit those needs when given advanced notice. If the yard is fenced I will use that or a leash if that is provided. I can also take your dogs on a walks! When letting dogs out, I prefer to keep an eye on them so I will usually sit outside while they do their business.

About: Since I was little, I have taken care of pets and cats. I watched the pets of my friends, my family, and others. I played with them and took them for walks. When someone needs a babysitter, I would be thrilled to help. Since I have no plans, I can be fairly flexible with my schedule. If you need me at the last minute, I'll be there. I’m pretty available. I always make sure there is adequate room for the dog to play around. When there is another dog nearby, I prefer to keep the leash on for safety. Give the dog enough room and don't surround them with too much stuff to prevent damage.
About: I’ve had a dog all my life and I can’t imagine life without a dog! I have been dog sitting about 5 years now and I know how important and stressful it is to leave your pet in the care of another. I have experience being a dog walker and even a cat walker, and as an overnight dog sitter for multiple weeks. I am very respectful of your home and understand that a home is your safe place and I treat it with that same reverence. I have some experience administering meds to both cats and dogs. I have not met a pet I didn’t like, even those with “strong” personalities. I have experience with anxious and cautious dogs and I am willing to put in the work to earn their trust. While you are away your pet will receive nonstop love and attention. When you return home, your fluffy pet will be just as happy and cared for as they were when you left. About: I've had several dogs in my life, smaller and larger dogs. I had a cocker spaniel mix when I was a kid, a collie when my kids were young, and most recently a German shepherd. Each had their own personality and I have special memories of each one of them. I have taken care of older dogs and younger dogs. I can handle the energy of younger dogs and the needs of older ones. We have always seen our pets as members of the family and I hope you will allow me to see your dog in the same way. I have friends that I have stayed at their house for a couple of weeks to spend time with their dog while they were on vacation. We went for walks twice a day and had a lot of time playing together. I work remotely in my job so I am happy to work from wherever is needed to take care of your pet. My schedule is flexible and I will work hard to accommodate the schedule of you pet. If you just need someone to come to walk your dog or just spend time with your cat, I have the flexibility in my day to do that. My first goal is to make your dog or cat comfortable with my visit. If I'm staying in your home, I will follow the routine you have set to do just that.

If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
