About: I’ve always loved dogs and have had dogs most of my life. I have two dogs of my own, so I know how much they mean to their owners and how important it is to have someone you can trust with them. I’m very hands on with my dogs and enjoy taking them on walks, playing with them, spending time outside, and just hanging out with them. I’m comfortable with big dogs, high energy dogs, and dogs that just want some love and attention. I’ll treat your dog like they’re my own and make sure they’re safe, comfortable, and well taken care of. I work full-time Tuesday through Saturday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, so I’m available for pet care after 3:30 PM on those days. I’m available all day Sunday and Monday. I’m pretty flexible with my schedule and will do my best to work around your needs. I can usually accommodate walks, drop-ins, and overnight stays with a little notice. I’m also happy to work out a schedule that keeps your dog comfortable and on their normal routine while you’re away. I know it can be stressful leaving your dog and your home with someone you don’t know, so I take that responsibility seriously. I’ll treat your home with respect, keep things clean and secure, and make sure your dog is safe, comfortable, and getting plenty of attention. I’m reliable, respectful, and easy to communicate with. I’ll follow your instructions and your dog’s normal routine, and I’ll keep you updated while you’re away so you know everything is going well.

“Our Dog, Hamilton, is 8. Right after his 8th birthday, he was diagnosed with diabetes. He also developed cataracts due to his illness, and lost his vision within days. We were terrified to leave him! Our four children are grown and Hamilton is our "baby" now. This past weekend, we had to attend a family wedding out-of-town in Sacramento. We stressed so much, but finally found Shannon. She was above and beyond caring and kind. We stayed in a hotel in Sacramento and Shannon came there to care for him. He was so happy and cared for. I downloaded Rover on my phone and set up my account. I looked all through Rover till I found her. She immediately contacted me back and we set up a meet and greet to see how she was around the dogs. She was great, very sweet and caring with our pups! We hired her through Rover which was a very easy process. She sent updates with pictures throughout the weekend. They even all ate their dinners for her which is a challenge for my Yorkie and Havanese. I greatly appreciated the updates and pictures throughout the trip. We have two friendly dogs of our own, a Papillon and a Min Pin/Jack Russell mix, who enjoy having new companions around. They’re social, well-behaved, and help create an easygoing atmosphere for visiting pups. If a dog prefers their own space, I can separate areas to make sure everyone feels relaxed. For boarding in my home, I do require that dogs are potty trained. If you’re still working on potty training, I’m more than happy to support that process in your home. I’m also comfortable with crate routines, senior care, medication reminders, and maintaining whatever structure your dog is used to. As a father and longtime pet owner, safety and communication are top priorities, I send photo updates and check-ins so you always feel connected while you’re away.

About: I have taken care of pets for over 20 years including feeding, bathing, providing injections, walking, and loving on all pets in my care! :) I work from home and have plenty of time and care to provide to your fur babies. We have a large yard for playing and running around as well as a fenced in pool if your pets enjoy swimming! I have a fenced yard, have two dogs and 3 children (ages 2, 6, and 9) that love animals! We live in a friendly neighborhood with trails and parks nearby for walks.
