I currently work full-time, Monday through Friday from 9AM to 5PM, but I love spending my free time caring for animals! About: I've provided care for cats and dogs ranging from kitten and puppy to senior. I've been walking and doing daily in-home visits for several years, as well as taking care of my own animals. I also have experience with lizards and rabbits. I work part-time, so I'm flexible and have more open availability. I'm usually avaliable on short notice and can make earlier morning or later evening visits or extended visits during vacations. I'm happy to follow any care instructions you may have, including crating or other special considerations. I'm fine administering meds and also have some experience with wound care.

About: I spent a lot of time with pets( mostly dogs) from taking care of close friends pets. With dogs I found better ways to behave them when they were with me, and considering I would take care of them a lot I managed to teach them tricks. I love spending time with animals of any kind. I had a cat when I was 13 and it was tricky because I got Lenny as an adult I would say. I learned how to manage litter boxes and the right food for both cat and dog. I do a lot of research when it comes to food so I know they have the right nutritions and I’m also skeptical when if comes or bagged food, so I do make my Own at times. I own 2 dogs now, one is a puppy and the other about a year and a half old. I’m also trying to save to go into MTC to study as a veterinarian to spend more time with animals. Taking care of pets fits in just perfectly. I currently have a part time job, but doing pet care on the side definitely helps balance my routine out and get some fresh air from working. In both client/my home, since I’m an early bird, I take them on walks to get them moving and give them time to potty, as I do with my dogs as well. I give them water and food, of course this varies on any directions given by the owner. They do get a lot of playtime and treats for good behavior. I make sure to let them potty at least every 2-3 hours out of habit from my pets.

About: I’ve had pets my whole life growing up, from all sizes and ages. I currently have an 80 lb German Shepard-Lab-retriever mix, and a 4 week old kitten. I’ve had adult cats, puppies, and fostered. I am currently not working and on summer break before I go back to college at the end of the month so I have lots of free time! I’m more than happy to do drop bys. I can take dogs on walks, let them outside and bring them back in, crate, give treats with commands, etc. Whatever you need! And lots of pets.

I’m an international affairs major at JMU, and a proud cat mom (the tabby)! Adopting my baby boy Alex soon (the first dog), who I’m training from the ground up. He’s a nervous boy but worth it! About: I have sat for pets since I was in high school. This was for cats and dogs and included both overnight house sits and dog walks. I currently have no other commitments outside of school, and I only have classes for a few hours Monday through Thursday, so I am free for most of the week to visit and care for pets. I care for my dog at my parents home making sure he always gets enough food, exercise, and love. I can ensure that the pets are cared for well and give them as much attention as needed as well as any special needs they may have

About: I’ve taken care of my family dogs as well as my neighbors dogs since I was 11.I have walked large breed dogs that were about 100lbs and have also dealt with reactive dogs. I also have cat experience through my own pet and cat sitting for neighbors. I am a college student with a very flexible schedule and I am free during the afternoon and night. I am available all weekend including Fridays. About: I have over 10 years of hands-on experience working with animals in professional settings, including equestrian rescue centers, animal shelters, and veterinary hospitals as a veterinary assistant. I graduated from UC Davis with a wildlife biology degree. I now work as a field biologist gathering data on marine endangered species. I also occasionally transport at-risk dogs on the euthanasia list from high-kill shelters to safe rescues and foster homes. I have experience handling and training reactive dogs, including fostering and rehabilitating them, so I’m very comfortable recognizing body language and respecting boundaries. I absolutely love all breeds and sizes! Regarding my own pets, I have a Newfoundland and two bunnies :) -- I grew up with many cats too! April 3-6 I can take care of your pets any time of the day and however many times a day you'd like. April 7-17, I work the day shift so I can take care of or walk them either before 6am and/or anytime after 6pm. Safety of the pets at the client’s home is always most important. I am more than happy to take photos and send them to you throughout the visit!
