About: I am currently a college student studying zoo and wildlife biology, and I hope to have a career in either wildlife rehabilitation or working at a zoo. I have a good amount of experience with animals; I have been around animals my whole life, my grandfather was a veterinarian, and I have been pet sitting since high school. I also worked as a kennel attendant at Augusta Valley Animal Hospital. I currently volunteer at the Humane Society and have at the SPCA as well, walking dogs and performing other tasks. I am hoping to do some pet care over the summer to earn some money and get some more experience. I will be doing an internship 3 times a week, so I am only available 4 days a week. I live a little bit out in the country, so we have some land and a private and safe road for walks. There is very little traffic, so it is a peaceful area. I have not yet hosted a client's pet in my home, but I have a lot of experience and can follow detailed instructions for your pet to provide them with the best care.

I try to keep my prices as affordable as possible because I genuinely enjoy walking dogs and know how quickly pet costs can add up. Open for walks anytime on Friday evenings before dark and all day on Saturdays. I am happy to accommodate longer, faster walks/jogs for energetic dogs or slower, shorter walks for smaller or older dogs. About: I spent a lot of time with pets( mostly dogs) from taking care of close friends pets. With dogs I found better ways to behave them when they were with me, and considering I would take care of them a lot I managed to teach them tricks. I love spending time with animals of any kind. I had a cat when I was 13 and it was tricky because I got Lenny as an adult I would say. I learned how to manage litter boxes and the right food for both cat and dog. I do a lot of research when it comes to food so I know they have the right nutritions and I’m also skeptical when if comes or bagged food, so I do make my Own at times. I own 2 dogs now, one is a puppy and the other about a year and a half old. I’m also trying to save to go into MTC to study as a veterinarian to spend more time with animals. Taking care of pets fits in just perfectly. I currently have a part time job, but doing pet care on the side definitely helps balance my routine out and get some fresh air from working. In both client/my home, since I’m an early bird, I take them on walks to get them moving and give them time to potty, as I do with my dogs as well. I give them water and food, of course this varies on any directions given by the owner. They do get a lot of playtime and treats for good behavior. I make sure to let them potty at least every 2-3 hours out of habit from my pets.

About: I have taken care of many of my friends pets, both dogs and cats and when I didn't have a pet of my own, would often borrow one! They make life so much better! Two of my references can give you first hand information about how much I loved and cared for their dogs. I work a 40 hour week in Waynesboro and depending on location of the pet, can do drop in visits before and after work and sometimes during the day (if local). I can come to your home or your dog can come to mine. I am not opposed to overnight stays. Your pet will be treated as if my own and with as much love and care as they can handle! They are more than pets, they are family!

About: I’ve taken care of all kinds of pets over the years. Neighbors, family, and friends have relied on me to feed, walk, and bathe their pets. I’m currently working part-time, so I will have plenty of time to play with your pups! I’m available for boarding Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday after 11am. I live in a small neighborhood with places to go for walks and have lots of backyard space. Perfect for playing fetch with your pups!

About: I have sat for pets since I was in high school. This was for cats and dogs and included both overnight house sits and dog walks. I’m working partially as a freelance journalist, but that’s a very loose schedule so I should have a lot of time for pet sitting and care. About: I have owned animals my whole life and absolutely love working with them. I used to work at a boarding kennel/ training place and even a veterinary hospital so I learned a lot. And know how to handle all kinds of different breeds. I have two dogs of my own, so they are set on a schedule. Just as your pet would be too. I currently am a stay at home mom so my schedule is wide open. I would love to fill my time by walking or doing drop in visits with your pets! I have a huge backyard for them. I also have two dogs of my own who get along great with other dogs , so they can run and play with them.
