Hannah is incredibly responsive, trustworthy, and caring. My pup got stung by something and had a pretty bad reaction during our vacation. Hannah went above and beyond to make sure he had the proper care, medication, and corresponded with my vet. It was such a great feeling to know that he was being well watched over. This was our first time using a dog sitter, specifically using Rover, for about 10 years and I was nervous--with a 15 year old dog and a newly adopted 1 ½ year old pup. Robert was very personable, was clearly comfortable with both dogs, competent with medication administration. He sent me pictures frequently and was very prompt at communications back and forth. I would recommend his services to anyone without any hesitations. We would definitely reach out to him again if circumstances require us to leave both dogs at home while we travelled.
