My first cat, Hunter Patches, was a huge part of my life before he passed last year. Since then, I’ve welcomed two new cats, Loki and Marie, into my family. About: I have pet sat for neighbors and family friends for years and for long periods of time. I have taken care of dogs, cats, guinea pigs and fish. I also have experience working with reptiles and snakes as an intern for an environment education center. I took care of a box turtle, corn snake, and painted turtle. I am in college full time but am willing to watch or stop by when I am not currently taking a class. I am a junior at SUNY ESF. About: I’ve taken care of dogs for more than 20 years. I grew up with dogs in my family, I eventually moved out and decided to get a dog of my own. I’ve dog sat and dog walked for friends and family for years. I’ve been around dogs of all ages, and would be willing to treat yours as my own! My work schedule is a bit different. I work for the Syracuse Fire Department and we work 24hr shifts. On my 2 work days a week, I use family members or Rover for pet care. But I have 5 days off a week! So on those days off, I have plenty of time to care for the pups! My schedule does rotate weekly so I will just need to make sure I’m off the day pet care services are needed. I live in an apartment so I’m used to walking since I have to walk my own dog everyday. I usually walk her to the park around the corner or drive to trails/parks for walks and playtime.
