About: I'm an enthusiastic dog walker and sitter that has a passion for dogs and rescuing them. I have been involved in dog rescue and fostering in the Syracuse area for a number of years. I've cared for a number of my own dogs and cats from young to seniors. I've also been a foster parent to a number of dogs when rescues needed someone. I can handle the most challenging of dogs down to little babies and everything in between. Your dog will get plenty of love and attention when I'm around! I give all dogs the same love and affection I would give my own dog and see the importance of cuddle and buddy time along with good exercise. I show confidence when I'm with a dog so that they know there is trust with me from the beginning. I currently work part time, so have plenty of time to spend with your fur baby. I am always available after 3:00 p.m. during the week, before 8:00 a.m. or anytime on the weekends. I've got a very pet friendly home. About: Cats have always been a huge part of my life, and I’ve grown up caring for them since I was young. My first cat, Hunter Patches, meant the world to me and taught me how important patience, love, and attention are when caring for animals. After losing him last year, I opened my home to two new cats, Loki and Marie, who have brought so much joy into my life. About: I have extensive experience with animals. I grew up with a dog in the home who I helped train and care for my entire life. Once I was a teenager, I pet sat for several neighbors and friends on a recurring basis as I was able to build meaningful relationships with their pets. I also volunteered at an animal shelter in college where I helped feed and bathe the animals. I have experience with dogs and cats of all ages (young ones who need extra support and older ones who might need medicines or extra guidance). Ultimately, I LOVE all animals and have always had a natural ease with them - so would love to help you take care of any or all of your pets :) I am a current PhD student so my schedule is very flexible through mid-July! I also have a car so I can make most schedules that your pets need work! Starting mid-July I will have more work responsibilities and will only be available for house sitting. I cannot offer boarding in my own home because my apartment is not pet friendly. When I house sit I am very respectful and clean of the space and I enjoy being able to stick to the typical routine of the pet as much as possible.

Over the past years I’ve watched friends and coworkers puppies , family and friends cats and did take in some dogs from military friends for vacation ! About: No dog deserves the kennel! Why settle for the pound when they can spend a night in a home with an owner-on-loan; either in your house on in a house that has raised two other pets from puppyhood to old age? Admittedly, there are stairs and hardwood floors in my house, but I have bought several carpets for my old dog to move around on and can lay them down for your dog’s convenience. We also have a big backyard that your dog will love to run around in (and no predators, unless you count woodchucks and geese) and a long leash that can go all the way to the end of the property line. I love dogs and after a day with me, your furry friend will mistake me for his mother. I’m most busy Wednesdays-Thursdays, so I marked them out on the calendar, but if petsitting is required for several days, that is easy to accommodate! I also don’t mind waking up every few hours to take a dog out—I have not quite reached the age where sleep is important. I won’t allow your dog to roam around outside unleashed (sorry, but I don’t want to lose them!), but when they’re outside, I’ll make sure they have the freedom to run around to their heart’s content. Additionally, I’m willing to walk them in any weather they’ll put up with and even let them sleep on the couch/spare bed, if they’re not too dirty.
About: I grew up with a Rottweiler mix pup who became my best friend as a child. Understanding the importance of that relationship now is why I want to help others look after their pups. I currently have a 8 month old male border collie/ poodle mix who is my driving force. When we need assistance with him, we want someone who will love and care for him like we do when we’re away. I’m usually free on the weekends and understand a lot of people are busy and feel guilty leaving their pups home. Therefore I’m excited to be available on the weekends. About: **Im sorry but I will not accept a next day booking if I have never met your dog previously, it's for safety's sake!** I've taken care of dogs of all shapes and sizes since I was a little kid. All the dogs growing up were considered "my dogs" by everyone else in the house. I currently have two well behaved dogs, a husky who enthusiastically learned to do basic tricks and a special needs staffie that is a certified couch potato. If your baby has a medication regimen, I can make sure it gets followed. We can be as lazy or active as your baby needs me to be. I also have extensive experience with cats and some experience with ball pythons. My human kids are adults now, so I spend most of my waking time doting over my fur babies; I could consider yours a part of my pack if you'd like! If your dog is an adventurer we can walk for hours. I have two very friendly dogs and two...lets just call them tolerant...cats. I love just watching them go, so I am very engaged with the babies all day long. I'm good at following instructions and I can crate your pet as I come and go if you wish.

About: I've grown up around dogs my whole life. I previously owned a pit bull and a bullmastiff. I love the company of animals so it would be my pleasure to take care of your dog. I have a 15 year old son who is also a dog lover and very responsible. I live near the Erie Canal and love to walk the trails with furry friends. I minimally train if needed although I’m not certified. I am currently not working so your pup will get plenty of love and attention. I may leave the house for a few hours a day but that’s all. I let them hang out on my main floor where couches and beds are all pet friendly. I have a large picture window they love to people/dog watch from. About: Ive been around dogs my whole life. I worked at dog daycares, was a kennel tech at Petland and have years of animal sitting experience including dogs, cats, horses, goats, chickens etc. I had a husky mix most recently for 8 years before she passed. ***dog must be okay with children*** I currently work evenings and am available most mornings/ days/ and late evening. Although I do not have a fully fenced in backyard, we do have a backyard, tons of parks around us, hiking trails and enclosed baseball fields. I allow doggos on my furniture and bed. I work evenings and typically 4-5 hour shifts. I usually take the dogs for a long walk or to the park prior to me going to work to make sure they’re tired/sleeping rather than bored while I’m away. I can also accommodate crating if needed. There’s a fenced in ball park down the street with plenty of side walks for walks. I allow animals on furniture and have plenty of blankets to keep them cozy.
About: I have been taking care of animals since I was 11, I grew up around more dogs and cats than I can count. I love being around them and I love spending time with them. Animals will hold my heart forever. I have plenty of time on my hands. I sit at home doing my work while my cat sits on a beanbag next to me, so taking care of your pets would add a lot of fun and joy to my day. I’m more than willing to let animals take time with me and learn to trust me. I also am very energetic so a playful pet is never an issue. They will be loved and cared for.

About: I live in Strathmore and work downtown. My absolute favorite things in life are my sons (who are amazing human beings!) and animals.
