“We are new to Rover. We met Madison at the park prior to our booking to make sure it was a good fit for her and our two beagles. She was on time and easy to talk to. We could tell the dogs were going to be fine with her. We had left her with a document of the dogs' daily routine. She did great following the instructions. While on our trip, she would text us updates and pictures. That was very thoughtful of her to do that. It made being away easier on us. The hardest part of taking care of our dogs is walking them because one likes to bark at everything and pull and the other one likes to lunge at cars. She did great and to our surprise, they behaved better for her! We would highly recommend her to anyone that needs a dog/house sitter.”

DINA was great. We’re experiencing some food aggression with one of my dogs and she took the time to try multiple ways to get all of the dogs to eat. She communicated throughout the entire process and made me feel very assured that my dogs are being taken care of the most. She is a great communicator.
Angela did a fantastic job taking care of our dog Bowie! Bowie is big boy who can be hesitant around new people, but he immediately warmed up to Angela at the meet and greet. Angela made sure to communicate about the best arrival and departure times to coordinate with our flights, and regularly sent us photos and updates throughout our trip so we did not have to worry. Bowie loved having someone with him in the home overnight and was clearly very comfortable sharing his space. Angela also did a great job taking care of the house and left it very clean and organized. We definitely plan on hiring her to watch Bowie again!
I am so glad I found Melanie! She is outstanding in every way! She met us ahead of time, was very attentive to learning about Lucy and the home, and was very pleasant to communicate with. She sent us daily updates and cute pictures of Lucy, and she took care of watering, mail, and garbage. She really got to know Lucy’s little antics and would enjoy sharing them with us. We’d always look forward to hearing from Melanie. The home was just as we had left it when we returned and Lucy was happy and healthy. Melanie is a gem and will absolutely request her again!
