I have worked in the pet care industry for over 7 years as a pet groomer, bather, and kennel tech. I particularly enjoy working with senior and special needs pets, and I have experience working with a variety of animals, from dogs and cats to mice and ferrets. Long-term, I am going back to school to pursue an advanced degree in animal behavior, and to become a certified applied animal behaviorist, which means using what I've learned about how animals communicate and behave to improve their relationships with people.

I believe consistency and routine is key to helping your fur baby feel comfortable while you're gone. If they are used to going out at a certain time and then eating breakfast, I want to make sure there are as few changes to their schedule as possible. I also want you to feel as comfortable as possible, which means picture and text updates as often as you'd like!

Alyssa went above and beyond to take care of our pup and was very communicative and patient with us during our long travels. We will certainly ask for her services again soon!
Alyssa did a great job with our pup and our home during her house sitting! Everything we asked of her was followed, all while maintaining love and care for the most important things in our lives. Her background in animal behavior came in handy, as she was able to pick up on the emotional and physical needs of our girl. She provided updates as we requested, which meant receiving some really great aesthetic photos of our dog playing and enjoying the sun! We came back to a clean house, including the laundry she had used in the guest room being washed and dried. This made returning much easier after a long vacation away. We certainly plan to use her services again and hope to create a lasting relationship with her, should we find ourselves needing a wonderful sitter in the future.
Alyssa went above and beyond and went back to make sure our pup was back in her safe space. So happy with her service!
Alyssa did a beautiful job. I felt so relaxed knowing that she was at my home with my German Shepherd, and outdoor cat she also helped with my plants. Highly recommend and look forward to having her stay again.
