Safety, trust & environment
I believe consistency and routine is key to helping your fur baby feel comfortable while you're gone. If they are used to going out at a certain time and then eating breakfast, I want to make sure there are as few changes to their schedule as possible. I also want you to feel as comfortable as possible, which means picture and text updates as often as you'd like!

Experienced Pet Care Professional
Pet care experience
I have worked in the pet care industry for over 7 years as a pet groomer, bather, and kennel tech. I particularly enjoy working with senior and special needs pets, and I have experience working with a variety of animals, from dogs and cats to mice and ferrets. Long-term, I am going back to school to pursue an advanced degree in animal behavior, and to become a certified applied animal behaviorist, which means using what I've learned about how animals communicate and behave to improve their relationships with people.
Cat care experience

Alyssa also cares for cats. Learn about their cat-specific care experience.
Reviews
Alyssa is wonderful with animals. I've witnessed firsthand the loving attention she gives to dogs, cats and mice. I highly recommend her for your petsitting needs. Your pet will be loved and well taken care of by Alyssa in your absence.
