“I can’t say enough good things about Sue! She was so incredibly accommodating and patient with my dog. My dog, Sadie, was uncharacteristically anxious and scared on our vacation. She was having a really hard time separating from me at all. Sue took the time to get her acclimated with the new environment and allowed me into her home to give Sadie time to adjust and get comfortable. She played calming music for Sadie and gave her her favorite treat- peanut butter. By the time we picked Sadie up, she was very happy and more back to herself. Sue gave Sadie so much love and attention the whole time I was at the aquarium. I was able to have a good time, knowing my dog was in good hands. We are New Yorkers, but we wanted (a) to explore the RI coast for a few days, (b) take our corgi with us, but (c) not have to leave our dog alone while we were out or worry about whether he could go everyplace we wanted to go! The solution was having Toria take care of him each day from about 10 a.m. to about 4:30. They spent a LOT of time in the park. On the hottest day, she mostly kept him inside and air conditioned along with her own friendly dog. She messaged us a few times each day just to inform us of what they were up to. The most obvious sign that Berwyn (the corgi) enjoyed Toria is that he was disappointed each evening when we didn't take her home with us! I am surprised more vacationers don't do this.
