We had a family trip in Ohio we couldn’t miss and Elizabeth watched our new/rescue 11 month old American Bully Huey! Elizabeth was wonderful from the time we met and even when I dropped him off crying my eyes out with anxiety! She sent photo updates constantly, they treated him as if he was their own, giving him all the love and attention!! He got to play with their two pups, kids, and enjoy there wonderful fenced in backyard! They walked him and even spoiled him with a car ride to get a pup cup! Huey pretty much was on his own fun filled vacation! Elizabeth even went as far as to drop him off at our house and safely crate him the night we flew in, so he could be home when we got home. This was wonderful! She even offered to take our other dog out for a potty break when she came over to drop Huey off. “I can’t say enough good things about Sue! She was so incredibly accommodating and patient with my dog. My dog, Sadie, was uncharacteristically anxious and scared on our vacation. She was having a really hard time separating from me at all. Sue took the time to get her acclimated with the new environment and allowed me into her home to give Sadie time to adjust and get comfortable. She played calming music for Sadie and gave her her favorite treat- peanut butter. By the time we picked Sadie up, she was very happy and more back to herself. Sue gave Sadie so much love and attention the whole time I was at the aquarium. I was able to have a good time, knowing my dog was in good hands. About: I worked at a well-known dog daycare along with their doggy spa for over a year, feeding, medicating, exercising, bathing and more. I have trained my dog to do many things. I also have done a number of dog sitting, watching and walking and am super reliable. I am currently attending school at SUNY Cortland and am home and available everyday, anytime during the months of December until January 26th, March 16-20 and all summer starting May 15th. Summer times may vary depending on other summer jobs, but during these breaks I am fully available to have plenty of time for your pets! I have a big yard in a very secluded are in the woods, a mile from the main road and far up the driveway from the dirt road. About: I’ve wanted a dog since my childhood dog passed away when I was 8. My parents never got another but now that I am living by myself I have a ton of love to give to any dog that comes to stay. I currently work full time but any free time I would love to fit your dog in my schedule! Reach out and we can figure something out. My apartment complex has a dog park right next to my apartment so I will utilize that to get the dog outside and moving around. The apartment is pretty spacious, so the dog won’t be cramped in a single bedroom all day.

About: I’ve helped take care of my dogs and cat my entire life! I’ve always loved spending time with pets, and as I became a teenager I started watching other people’s animals. It’s the best job in the world! I started going on rover visits with my mom who’s also an animal lover, who inspired me to create my own account! From lizards, to bunnies, to cats and dogs, I love them all! Pet care is my primary focus, my schedule is very flexible and centered around pets. I’m happy to work with you and your pets needs! About: I’ve taken care of friends and family’s furry friends for the last 15 years. They have relied on me to walk, feed, and take care of their pets often. Until recently, I had my own senior dog and had taken care of puppies, adults, seniors, and even dogs with disabilities. I currently work part time and am able to fit in walks or drop in visits around my regular daily schedule. I usually only know my schedule two weeks in advance. About: As a FEAR FREE certified professional, I have completed the training courses and exams to be certified to be able to provide less stress and anxiety for your pet(s) while you are away! I can accommodate drop-ins, walking, playtime, basic training as well as administering medications. I have been playing an active role in the animal rescue community since 2012 and have also founded my own CT State Licensed animal rescue charitable organization. I am also comfortable taking care of both small critters and farm animals. Pet care is part of my daily routine and I make adjustments to ensure each family I work with is comfortable with my confidence to ensure quality care. I am more than happy to send videos and picture updates while you are away! If dogs do come to my home, my yard is approximately 80’x60’ and fully fenced in with stockade fencing. I do have my own dogs and the yard is large enough to put up temporary fence panels to allow slow and safe introductions and/or private outdoor time. Kiddie pool would also be available if usage is agreed upon!

They took great care to introduce everyone slowly to be sure all the dogs were comfortable. All seems to have gone very well, by the time I came to pick her up, Mia was feeling quite at home. She put herself to bed early. A sign of a good day! I will definitely sign her up for a longer stay!”
“If I could give 5,000 stars I would… Elizabeth and her family are absolutely wonderful! I have never used Rover or left my fur babies with a stranger before and needless to say, I was a MESS! We had a family trip in Ohio we couldn’t miss and Elizabeth watched our new/rescue 11 month old American Bully Huey! Elizabeth was wonderful from the time we met and even when I dropped him off crying my eyes out with anxiety! She sent photo updates constantly, they treated him as if he was their own, giving him all the love and attention!! He got to play with their two pups, kids, and enjoy there wonderful fenced in backyard! They walked him and even spoiled him with a car ride to get a pup cup! Huey pretty much was on his own fun filled vacation! Elizabeth even went as far as to drop him off at our house and safely crate him the night we flew in, so he could be home when we got home. This was wonderful! She even offered to take our other dog out for a potty break when she came over to drop Huey off. She is absolutely wonderful, I have nothing but the most amazing things about her and her family! I truly can not thank you enough!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!! Hopefully we will be seeing you soon and Huey can visit!”

“Suzanne and her family were absolutely wonderful with Archie. He suffers from separation anxiety when first meeting new people but Suzanne made sure he felt at home in no time. He got a lot of play time and car rides too! Suzanne sent us photos and provided great updates. When we arrived to collect him he was so happy and relaxed and ran back to her kids to say goodby a couple of times. He was a happy dog and I know he will love to go back. Her location is perfect for our random trips to Uncasville and Rhode Island, and Suzanne will be our "go-to first choice for sitter for any future trips!”

He had lots of walks and free playing time with them on their huge lawn, including lots of fetch. Downtime included lots of naps and snuggles together on the couch. She sent multiple texts and pictures everyday letting me know he was adapting well and happy. 10/10 for service, communication, and its obvious that they love their animals.
