She has a lot of personality—super energetic, vocal, a little sassy, and very particular about her routines—and he handled her like a pro. He never once complained and made sure she felt comfortable and cared for the entire time. I got updates that made me smile, and when I picked her up, she was her usual happy, dramatic self. The fact that he even offered to watch her again says everything! I truly appreciate the patience, kindness, and flexibility.
