She was attentive to all details and what she could do to make our dog comfortable. she sent lots of pics and kept us updated with how things were going. It helped me feel much more relaxed knowing our dog was happy and cared for. He did SO WELL because of Kathleen's love and care. This ended up not only helping us have good care for our dog, but it definitely helped him come out of his shell more and experience dog play and fun, which he had not previously known.
