About: I am experienced with senior, special needs, and medically complex dogs. My husband and I also foster through various local rescues! I have had my own dogs (and cats, chickens, bunnies, etc!) my whole life. We both work from home and will be with your fur baby 24/7 during their stay. My husband and I both work from home. We are both home and able to provide 24/7 care for the animals we board! Our large, fully fenced yard provides lots of space to run and play on nice days. I have a very large fenced yard with two dog pools for hot summer days. My home offers multiple rooms and, due to the fact that we often foster, we have several kennels and other “safe space” areas if your fur baby feels safer hanging out or sleeping separately from the rest of the pack. Although, we are a household that encourages pets to curl up on the furniture! We have 2 dogs of our own- a collie/Aussie mix and husky. Both are friendly, up to date on vaccines, and love other dogs! Lastly, we are a cat friendly home but do have separate spaces available if separation from them is best.

About: I grew up on a dairy farm, and have been around many different animals over the years. I started out pet sitting for friends of family members, and families in my local community in my spare time. I have also taken care of a few senior pets over the years by making sure they get their right medications and foods throughout my stay. I also help take care of farm animals, outdoor bird feeders, along with indoor and outdoor plant watering and care. I currently have two cats, Scooter and Goose and they are my world. I am currently working about 20-25 hours a week. My current job is very flexible with hours and time that would allow me to stop in a care for your pets. I am available to do a few days, with the possibility of extending that period of time. I would be able to stop in and care for your pets before I head to work for the day (roughly 4 to 8 hours regularly, but can be flexible) and again after I am done with work for the day before engaging in any activities or turning in for the evening. I am open to stopping in daily and caring for you pets in your home as I dont have much space while I am currently living in the city with roommates and multiple pets in our household. If your pet has a favorite park, or yard to play in, I would be happy to engage in their favorite activities hwith them in those places.

Stan asked many thoughtful questions about my dog’s needs and then shared his care style with me. Stan has two lovely dogs who were amazing companions and a great yard for them to play in. He also kept me updated throughout the duration of the stay with photos and videos every 24 hours. I felt very included and informed. I will definitely be booking with Stan again in the future! “Our pug LOVED his 4-day stay with Brenda and her family! Our little guy got along great with her two pit bulls and really bonded with their little boy. The dogs played and ran together in the fenced in yard. Our pug came home happy and ready to nap. Each day, I received a couple of photos with a brief update which I appreciated. This was a short-notice booking, and I am so grateful that Brenda was available. We will definitely arrange dog-sitting with Brenda in the future.”
