About: I've cared for animals my whole life, and taken great solace in their company. I've been around a lot of working dogs and a lot of apartment cats, and found things to love about all of them. I've even done some pet photography, which is always a fun challenge. I'm between jobs and have an open schedule. I'm happy to move things around for your convenience. I'm always up by 9 and usually home by midnight. I try to give pets who spend their day alone a little bit of extra attention and care. I think it's enriching for both of us!

About: I have been entrusted with caring for neighbors and friends pets ranging from dogs to birds since I was as young as 12. I have experience taking care of elderly dogs and younger pups. I have also done significant research on training and caring for different breeds in an attempt to convince my own parents to get a dog, although I have yet to succeed. I am a recent graduate from Occidental college and I am super enthusiactic about all pets, be it cats, dogs, fish, frogs, or birds. About: I have grown up around animals my entire life and I’ve always had a passion for helping them. I used to pet sit for neighbors often when I was younger. I have a particular love for cats, and I would do anything for them! It can be hard to find a person to watch your cat or even exotic pet, but that’s what I’m aiming to help people with! I have almost 6 years of clinical animal care technician and shelter experience so I am well trained with animals with medical issues. I have worked with pets of all kinds and all ages with different needs. I have done everything from bottle feeding to giving senior animals insulin or whatever else they may need. I am Fear Free certified as well. I recently moved to the area and am looking for work. Caring for pets is what I know and love. If I get a more steady job, my availability may lessen. I understand that pets can be confused by new people coming into their home to take care of them, but I am well versed in animal behavior and would never do anything to make your pet uncomfortable. About: I grew up in multi dog homes with large and small breeds (a Lab, a Weimie, a GSP, and 2 frenchies). Having a dog of my own hasn’t been feasible since moving to Davis for various reasons but I miss having furry companions! An awesome program where shelter dogs get some much needed time out of the shelter and in front of potential adopters. The German Shepherd (named Dexter) in my profile picture was my last dog through the program and we had a lovely time walking along the American River. I work full time, regular hours (typically 9am-4:30pm) as a researcher in the agricultural biotech space. On weekdays, I’d be available for drop in visits/walks in the morning before work and in the afternoons after work. If necessary, a lunchtime visit may be feasible. Weekends are very flexible! You know your pet best! I’m most comfortable following your tried and true routines and rules so you and your pup can feel comfortable and at ease knowing I’m caring for them exactly as you would.
