“Brian was absolutely excellent with my dog! He was very attentive, caring, and professional throughout the entire visit. I truly appreciated the updates and the attention he gave her—it gave me peace of mind knowing my dog was in great hands. I’ll definitely be booking with him again. Highly recommend!”

“Thank you to Isaac for taking such good care of our Chelsea the cat. He is very kind and respectful of the animals boundaries. It was reassuring to know she would be well taken care of while we weren’t home. If anyone needs an animal sitter, contact Isaac, very nice young man.”

“Lois was absolutely amazing with our dogs and cats! She took her time with them and they warmed up so fast with her! She is great at communication and pictures which we appreciate because we miss our fur babies so much when we are away from them. We 100% recommend her to take care of your fur babies while you’re gone. ☺️”

“Nicole was amazing with our furry children. She made sure our one got her medication each day and all the photos were so reassuring. I can tell she loves animals especially cats and they love her also as was seen in the pictures. Would definitely use her again. I feel both we and our kitties have a new friend.”

About: I’ve had a dog by my side since the day I was born. In fact, the only time in my entire life I haven't had a pup around was a single year during college, and that was one year too many. Dogs are a constant in my life, not just a hobby. I have a strong passion for working with disabled and special needs animals. Whether it's managing mobility issues, administering medication, or providing the extra patience required for physical or behavioral challenges, I’m fully committed to that level of care. I’m also very experienced with resource guarding and high energy breeds. I don’t just watch dogs; I work to understand their specific personality and needs so they feel safe and supported. Working from home gives me the flexibility to be truly present and attentive during the week. I am available Monday through Saturday for drop ins, dog walks, vet visits, conditioning sessions, dog transport, or love bombs. I am generally free to help out starting at 2:00 PM on weekdays and have much more open availability on Saturdays. I do not offer services on Sunday. I focus on high quality mobile care for your pups during the week. My priority is being entirely respectful of both your dog’s comfort and your home environment. I understand that every dog has a specific routine and safe space, and I make it a point to maintain that structure to keep stress levels low. You can count on me to be professional and meticulous with your property. I treat every home with the same level of care and respect I’d want for my own. Whether we are out for a walk or hanging out inside, I focus on clear communication and safety so you have total peace of mind.
“Ashley has been SO wonderful! Luigi loves her visits and playing with her. She always sends thorough updates, and she takes the time to make sure that he gets what he needs during her visits, including love and playtime! I feel so thankful to have found her, and knowing that Luigi is in good hands has been a blessing. Ashley is the BEST!!”

“Ava went above any expectations I had while caring for my two pomskys one being a baby that is potty training and learning that biting isn’t nice. She picked up and cleaned that I hadn’t even asked of her.”

“Elaine is a wonderful pet care taker! I booked her for multiple days as a home visit for my 2 Schnauzers while I was away and my husband worked during the day. The pups are used to me being home during the day so Elaine really provided the attention they needed. She was prompt, meticulous about staying the full time, gave the pups lots of attention, and communicated daily. Will definitely book her again.”

“Alexandra was a dream. I could tell the instant we met her how much she loved animals. She took such wonderful care of our little guy while we were gone - keeping us in constant communication and flooded with cute pics. I would use her again in a heartbeat. Can not recommend her enough.”

“Thank you for taking care of our fur babies! Jessica was awesome and very reliable. She followed every instruction we left and never really needed extra guidance (which we wouldn’t have minded) but it was nice to enjoy our vacation knowing our pets were in good hands. Thank you so much again, will definitely use you again for any future trips.”

“Sophia is very punctual and returns messages quickly. Asks questions for clarification when needed. Our cats, and German Shepherd, are very fond of her. Easy to work with too!”

“Annelise is awesome! She agreed to watch my 3 kitties last minute and on a holiday week. She is attentive to your pets and gives them lots of love. She treated both my animals and my house with respect. I've already booked with her again!”

About: We have provided a warm and loving home and secure atmosphere for all breeds for over two decades. 100% customer satisfaction is our highest priority. We are a family of four and we are committed to insure that all your pet’s needs are met. We will keep your pet on his/her schedule. Our property sits on a half acre fenced yard in a secure neighborhood. The property is kept clean. We love to take our dogs for walks.

About: I have lived with both dogs and cats my entire life and would consider myself an expert on both. I have a lot of experience with tending to elderly dogs as well as dealing with some temperamental cats. I already dedicate time to taking care of my tabby cat. This involves feeding him, getting him lots of exercise, changing cat litter and more. I am able to help with whatever is necessary in caring for pets including feeding, changing water, playing, taking out to the bathroom, and even walks.

About: We adopted our first pups in 2004 and cared for them for 18 pup-snuggled years. During that time, and since then, we have rescued, fostered and adopted animals of all kinds to include chickens, ducks and a pig named Kevin Bacon! Currently, we're home to Guinevere, the mild-mannered, 6 year-old rescued mutt. We do have an 11-year-old hooman "puppy" who is just as loving and respectful of animals as we are. We will love and care for your fur-babies as if they were our very own. We are home almost all day, every day, so your pet will never be alone. I homeschool our son, and my husband works from home. Your pet will have ample opportunities to play outside in our 1/2 acre back yard. Our neighborhood is very quiet with houses situated on ~acre lots. We have neighbors with dogs, but they usually just run over to the fence to say hello and then go about their business. In our home, your fur-babies can roam freely, and they will have access to our 1/2, partially shaded, completely fenced-in back yard as often as they need. If your dog is one who prefers walks, our peaceful neighborhood has lots of places to explore; there is a nice park 1/2 mile away where they can sniff around where all of the turtles and ducks like to hang out. Pups who stay with us overnight are welcome to stay in their crate (if that's what they prefer), anywhere in the house, and, likely, on one of our beds.
About: I have been around pets my whole life and am intuitively perceptive and can pick up when they need something or when something is off. My first priority is to make sure that you are confident your dog will be in good hands and the most important goal is to make sure your dog is stress free and well cared for while you are away. Whatever your dog's needs are, I can accommodate and will follow your instructions. I know what it is like to be worried with their wellbeing and hoping that everything will go well while we are away. As a child we had dogs, cats, fish, canaries, parakeets, hamsters -- you get the picture! The first family dog we had was a Boxer, Honey. Honey became so strong, my father couldn’t walk her so he rehomed her to a farm. From then on we adopted Poodles both toy, miniature and then standard. In 1987 I went to the SPCA and rescued my first dog: Schatzie, a springer spaniel mix who loved to hunt gofers. Most of my dogs have been rescue. These are the breeds I have had: Poodles, Dachsund, Samoyed, Rottweiler, Blue Tick Hound, Jack Russell Terrier, Black Mouth Cur and Siberian Husky. Most of my dogs have come with emotional issues due to abuse, negligence and trust issues. I have nurtured them slowly and helped them learn to be happy, relaxed dogs. Before dog walking was even a career (1980), I became a dog walker and dog sitter while I was studying in Boston. I cared for a Saint Bernard “Sulki” and a mutt. I still have the letters of recommendation from way back then. Through the years I have also cared for my neighbor's dogs. I love all animals but dogs hold a special place in my heart, especially senior dogs. At the moment I do not have a dog. 5 years ago during the beginning of the lockdown, I decided to volunteer at a rescue foundation called "Compassion Without Borders" in Santa Rosa, CA by fostering dogs and helping train them. My last dog came from Compassion Without Borders. Tino, a Black Mouth Cur, was a foster fail. He came to me when his owner passed away. He was already 8 years old and deeply depressed; he also had neurological issues (his hind legs trembled constantly) which I help minimize. He was with me for 5 years and passed away last year. I have been around puppies, young and senior dogs. I have experience handling and training them as well. I have administered oral medication and also given shots. I have experience delivering insulin as I had a rex rabbit who became diabetic. Having helped all of my dogs reach ripe old ages of 15 1/2, I have a lot of experience with senior dogs and special needs. One of my dogs developed Cushings disease. Some of my dogs developed arthritis and required special massage. I trained in Healing Touch specifically to help my dogs. I can provide extensive exercise if need be with long walks and extended play time in my large fenced in yard. Or I can adapt, by paying attention to what the dog needs. I work from home with energy medicine. As a morning person, I love starting my day with early morning walks (especially to avoid the Florida heat). Since I have had dogs most of my life, I am used to their routine: letting them out first thing so that they can relieve themselves, morning feeding time, potty breaks and taking breaks to let them play in my large fenced in backyard and then evening walks. If your dog loves long walks, I do too. My neighborhood and house is quiet which means a relaxing atmosphere. If your dog is a senior dog, I can adapt to their needs. They will never be forced to do more than they are able to. Also, I speak Spanish, Portuguese, French and Italian. I have a large fenced in yard and no pets at the moment so they will have my undivided attention. If your dog likes to spend time in the crate, there is plenty of space for that. I know that keeping to a routine is important and will follow whatever routine you have established for your dog. I am flexible and super attentive.
“Celia is a natural with animals and was wonderful with my boys from start to finish! We were gone for 6 weeks but knew the whole time that our cats were in the best hands. 🤍 Thank you for taking great care of our fur babies and even going out of your way to make sure our home was in order! I highly recommend Celia to anyone looking for a responsible, communicative, loving pet sitter.”

West Melbourne pet parents share their Rover experiences
Kyle did an amazing dog with both my dogs and cat! I can tell he is a huge animal lover and he spent quality time with all my pets and I could see how much they enjoyed his company. Although I have a pet cam I appreciate that he went above and beyond with sending me multiple videos of my pets. He has earned my trust that he will not just check in but also give my animals love while I am gone :)

Fen was great! She was thoughtful and understood his needs. She had initiative and good suggestions. She updated me in everything. I felt at Peace knowing she was there, even though he is a shy ca that hides when he doesn’t know the person she could void on the predictablity she provided and ate and used the litter normally showing he was relaxed.Thank you Fen!
Mary went above and beyond to make sure Charlie (and our fish) were well taken care of during our trip. We never had to worry and she routinely stayed over the thirty minute time slot and gave him long walks to let him get his time outside in. He’s a bigger dog with some reactivity with small animals and she handled him with no issues at all and extreme care. From the pictures we got we could tell that Charlie really loved her! I highly recommend Mary for dog sitting!!

Wendy was a lifesaver! She stepped in on very short notice and took great care of our dogs, letting them out twice a day as needed. She was reliable, communicative, and clearly cared about our pets. We really appreciated her flexibility and would absolutely trust her again.

Max W. did an outstanding job taking care of our cats. Wyatt and Winter are rescue cats and can be skittish around strangers. Max has a wonderful touch and quickly earned the trust of both of them. Since it often takes much longer for cats to feel comfortable with new people, we were especially grateful that Max made them feel safe and at ease while we were away. The care was perfect, and we will absolutely book Max again for our next trip!
