About: Hi! I'm Dorothy. I've always loved animals, but I've definitely become a cat person over the years. I love getting to know each cat's personality and letting them warm up to me at their own pace. Some want to play, some want to chat, and some are happiest just having a quiet person nearby—and I'm happy with all of the above. I also enjoy dog walks and drop-in visits. Spending time with animals is one of my favorite ways to unwind after work, and I love getting outside with an excited pup. Pet sitting has become a family business for us. About: We adopted our first pups in 2004 and cared for them for 18 pup-snuggled years. During that time, and since then, we have rescued, fostered and adopted animals of all kinds to include chickens, ducks and a pig named Kevin Bacon! Currently, we're home to Guinevere, the mild-mannered, 6 year-old rescued mutt. We do have an 11-year-old hooman "puppy" who is just as loving and respectful of animals as we are. We will love and care for your fur-babies as if they were our very own. We are home almost all day, every day, so your pet will never be alone. I homeschool our son, and my husband works from home. Your pet will have ample opportunities to play outside in our 1/2 acre back yard. Our neighborhood is very quiet with houses situated on ~acre lots. We have neighbors with dogs, but they usually just run over to the fence to say hello and then go about their business. In our home, your fur-babies can roam freely, and they will have access to our 1/2, partially shaded, completely fenced-in back yard as often as they need. If your dog is one who prefers walks, our peaceful neighborhood has lots of places to explore; there is a nice park 1/2 mile away where they can sniff around where all of the turtles and ducks like to hang out. Pups who stay with us overnight are welcome to stay in their crate (if that's what they prefer), anywhere in the house, and, likely, on one of our beds.
About: I always say ..."if a person doesn't love a dog then we cannot be friends." Gated community with great walking streets and no traffic. When your pet is we with me in my home then they are home as well. They are welcome to be on the furniture and sleep in the bed if they like to do that. I can also have your crate if they need that as well. There is plenty of room. We also have an enclosed very secure outdoor Lanai. I have had many pets all of my life and love them all. My last dog was with me for over sixteen years. He was perfect in every way to me. I look forward to meeting you and your furry friends real soon! Cats...what can I say? I adore cats they are so cool and so much fun. One look and they got you. They can be so sweet and loving and then have you rolling on the floor laughing from just one look. About: I’m an animal lover who has owned various small and big dogs, eg Yorkies, Labs, etc., for most of my life. I’ve also owned a few indoor only cats over the years. I work from home (M-F) 95% of the time unless I’m traveling for work/holiday, which is about twice a year. I’m also available for most of the major holiday seasons. I have a home, with a large fenced in yard. My sweet Thumper, a 14 yrs., Jack Russell Terrier/Dachshund mix, recently passed on April 24, 2026. So while I no longer have any pets, I find caring for other pets helps me keep busy and continue to share my love for dogs with quality care. I take the pup(s) out for daily morning and evening walks around the neighborhood. All dogs are welcome to cuddle on the sofas and beds. When housesitting in your home, I treat and care for your home as if it was my own. This includes light housekeeping, watering the indoor/outdoor plants and other small tasks as agreed upon. My primary goal is to spend as much quality time with your pet in the comfort of their home. For boarding, my home is clean and tidy with lots of comfortable dog beds and backyard space for zoomies! About: I’ve been around animals my entire life. I not only cared for them but they cared for me just as much. I also worked at a doggy daycare where I learned a lot about all breeds and how to care for them, from training and grooming to simply loving them and all their slobber. About: I’ve taken care of pets for a few years now, I have done dog walking and over-night care. I have proven to be reliable and have always loved it! I also have experience giving oral medications and injections to dogs and cats. I am an RN and have grown up with special needs animals so I now give care to animals and people! I can give meds to your fur babies no problem! I’m currently working as a nurse so I only work three days a week which gives me plenty of time for walks, trips to the park and lots of playtime! I am very good at following instructions for overnight care. I have made puzzle food bowls and frozen mats for pets along with taking them to the park and of course their usual walks. I do not mind staying with the pets in the same room the entire night and or frequent potty breaks during the night.
About: I have owned dogs, cats, rabbits and have been a caretaker on another platform for child and pet services. I am also comfortable giving medication to animals. I am attentive to animal needs and communicate with clients quickly. I have two kittens Dexter and Maui and one senior cat,Bob, who has daily medication. I enjoy playing with pets and getting to know their quirky personalities. I always follow client instructions and ask for further clarification if I need more information. I am comfortable with all breeds and multiple animals. I have medical background, but I am currently in school so I am not working in the hospitals. When I had 3 cocker spaniels, I cooked them meat with green beans and rice, so I am capable of preparing meals as well. I can stop by multiple times day or night. Also, available to house sit and will care for multiple pets. Currently not working so I have an open schedule I have two cats in my home, so I cannot board any animals, but I’d be happy to care for your fur baby at your residence
