About: Previous vet's assistant that loves pets and has the experience to take care of them. I may not be a vet, but I know how to give them their meds, insulin included. I know how to monitor them for emergencies and know the signs for when they need to be taken to the vet. I am knowledgeable in food allergies and follow your strict guidelines when you lay them out, because I have them for my own pet. I also like taking my nephew, my sister's dog, to the dog park so he can enjoy his zoomies. Or if they like to swim, I can take them to the dog beach if you give me permission. If your pet and I mesh when we do our first meet up, then you can know that I'll do my best to have them enjoy their stay with me. I do work part-time at the moment, but my current schedule has me working early shifts that start at around 4am and usually have me home anywhere between 12pm and 3pm. So, I have the rest of the day to do things and my weekends are free. I do not have a yard, but when I walk my dog around the area of my complex there is a lot of grass and I never walk off of leash. If the owner's give me permission, I would take their dog's to dog park's and only have the dog's off leash in permitted, gated areas.

About: I have been a foster parent for many animals through my local human society for several years now. I have had my fair share of cats, dogs, hamsters, and fish throughout my life, including my super senior kitty named Casey who is 19 years young! About: I grew up with a bunch of smaller pets, mostly fish and hamsters, and finally convinced my parents to adopt a dog when I was in high school. I moved away from home and miss her dearly, but I’m excited to bring the patience and love of animals I learned with my pets to yours! I’m experienced with shelter animals after volunteering at one for some time and am so excited to meet your pet! I have a 55 pound standard poodle named Roshe that I adopted in 2023, and will need to have a meet and greet before hosting your pet. I work full time, but can work from home 2-3 days a week, and my fiancée works from home all of the time, making it easy for the two of us to care for your pets! I've walked a variety of dogs at my local animal shelter for some time and can handle pets with a variety of needs. I'm pretty active and can get your dog all of the exercises they need while keeping them safe.

We have two pups: the elderly Walden, a pug who sleeps 90% of the day, and Drax, an active mutt who enjoys playing with friends new and old in our yard but also cuddling up for evening snuggles. We have two cats who are friendly with dogs but have access to a dog-free office if any issues arise (so far we've only had adorable introductions as dogs' first cat friends--many nose boops). The house is in a suburban area and has a fenced in, maintained yard where your pup can happily spend their days playing with Drax, rolling in the grass, and sniffing around.
