About: I've owned and cared for animals since high school. In addition to dogs and cats, I've owned horses since I was 16. I have been\am a foster parent for the Animal Rescue League of Boston since 2020. I'm a former puppy foster for service dogs and participated with early puppy training. I have carried those skills over to training other foster puppies and my personal dog. I have a medical background (EMT) and my daughter is a Vet Tech so I am very comfortable working with animals with medical needs and will follow any required medical plan. In addition to dogs and cats, I'd love to meet\care for your backyard farm animals; horses, pot-bellied pigs, chickens, goats, sheep, etc. I have experience with some of these animals through ownership and fostering opportunities. I'm open to meeting and learning about new friends. We currently have 4 dogs, 4 cats, and 2 horses in our home. All our animals are our babies and I'll care for yours as if they were my own. I'm currently unemployed so I'll have plenty of time to spend with your pets. I'm available for petsitting any day of the week and can work around any personal appointments. Boarding in my home is restricted to cats or other small animals. Puppies (under 1 year) may be accomodated, no adult dogs. For cats; we have a dedicated "cat room" to keep your pet separated from our pets. The room has a screen door so they don't feel locked away and can be part of our household while remaining safe. I will follow your pet care plan while in your home. For Puppies; all dogs are fed separately to avoid food aggression situations. All puppies will be crated for meals and sleeping overnight. If your puppy is not crate trained, I will work with them to ensure they are comfortable and not afraid. I can support your potty training schedule to maintain consistency.
“Bonnie did a great job introducing our new puppy to the neighborhood. She fed, watered, and walked him each day, right on time. I love the pics! They helped put this new fur mama's mind at ease. We look forward to the next vacation week to hire Bonnie again.”

“Blaise is a top-notch dog person who is very passionate about the animals he works with. Highly recommended, I had a difficult time finding the right fit for Bosco but that search ended with Blaise!”

“Jason took fantastic care of our senior dog while we were gone for a week! He gave him his medicine and did the rather complicated food routine flawlessly. He was also very communicative about how Mischka was doing, and sent lots of photos!”

About: I have several years of experience caring for pets, including walking and running with a friend’s dog over the past few years. I enjoy staying active and will tailor walks to your dog’s needs—whether that’s a relaxed walk, a brisk hike, or a longer run for higher-energy dogs. I also have long-term experience caring for cats and understand their routines, behavior, and need for consistent, gentle care. I’m comfortable with feeding, litter box care, and providing attention or space depending on each cat’s personality. In addition, I have over 20 years of experience working in education, including high school-level experience. This has built my reliability, patience, and strong communication skills, which I bring to caring for both pets and clients’ homes. I have a flexible schedule and plenty of time to provide dependable dog walking and cat care. My goal is to make sure every pet feels safe, comfortable, and well cared for while you’re away. Pet care fits well into my daily and weekly routine. I work at a high school, and my schedule allows me flexibility in the afternoons and full days in the summer months. This makes it easy for me to provide dog walks after school hours or stop by to check on and care for your cats. I’m able to consistently fit pet visits into my routine and provide reliable care throughout the week. I provide reliable, safe, and attentive care for pets in my client’s home. I always follow the owner’s instructions closely to maintain each pet’s normal routine, including feeding schedules, walks, litter box care, and any special needs or medications. I take time to build trust with each pet, ensuring they feel comfortable, calm, and secure while their owner is away. My goal is to provide consistent, dependable care so both pets and owners feel at ease.

About: My journey with animals did not start as a job. It began when I was 10 years old and welcomed my first cat into my life. Since then, animals have always been part of my world. I also grew up with a beloved Shih Tzu who was part of our family for 16 wonderful years and taught me what patient, devoted, long-term care truly looks like. Over the years, I have gained hands-on pet-sitting experience with many different animals and breeds, from energetic Golden Retrievers to Maine Coons, playful kittens, and small companion dogs. I understand that every pet has its own personality, routine, comfort level, and needs. I live with my husband in a two-floor apartment with hardwood floors and no carpets. I am happy to lift and carry pets on the stairs when needed, as long as they are comfortable being picked up. No matter the age, breed, or temperament, your pet will be treated with patience, attention, and care, just like part of the family. Pet care fits into my routine really easily because I work from home and have a flexible schedule, so I’m able to give all the needed attention to your pet throughout the day. That means plenty of walks, playtime, bathroom breaks, and just being around so they feel cared for and not left alone for too long. I genuinely enjoy spending time with dogs and cats, keeping them active, entertained, and comfortable, and making sure they feel safe and happy while you’re away. I live with my husband in a two-floor condo with its own backyard, and while it isn’t fenced, I’m very mindful of safety and always keep dogs secure when they're outside. The area around us has plenty of green space, which makes walks much more enjoyable and gives dogs lots of room to explore, sniff, and play.
“Ben has been great with our new puppy! He’s very patient, and was able to take the time to get our puppy to warm up to him. He’s also very punctual and professional. We’ll defiantly be using Ben in the future!”

About: I've had a connection with animals since I can remember. I've cared for cats and dogs and have cleaned litter boxes, and have walked many miles in those decades. I'm currently working almost full-time as a school librarian so my availability is weekdays after 4pm, Wednesdays after 2pm. Weekends are open for pet care as are holidays and school vacation weeks. I love to give a dogs plenty of playtime, snuggles, belly and ear scritches, short walks, and long walks. Fresh water always available. And get them moving to work out those zoomies in their system!
About: I have spent my entire life around animals so caring for them has always come naturally to me. I grew up in a household with over 40 animals, including dogs, cats, and exotic pets. I have spent years working in a small locally owned pet store in my home town taking care of exotics, before moving into kennel work at a vet’s office. I have experience in giving medications to dogs and cats in different methods, and monitoring their health afterwards. My primary role was offering our boarding pets the comfort of a home away from home. I’m a reptile dad every day, taking care of my own snake and bearded dragon babies. I’m currently home every day with time and love to give to other pets and their people who need an extra hand. I have a big room with a comfy bed that they can lay on in a nice couch that we can sit and watch shows on. I also have a fenced in yard outback that I can take them in to play, but I have a spacious cemetery up and across the street that is great for leash walks as well. I also have various toys and litter boxes as well.
“We are very appreciative of Sheylah's care for our two Jack Russells while we were on vacation. It was reassuring to receive visit check-ins and photos, as well as any concerns while we were away. We came home to two happy dogs. Thank you, Sheylah!”

“Brian has been great with Barney and our family. Barney is a particular type of dog that needs someone who understands his personality. This Brian has done. He also has been available on short notice and keep all his appointments and has been great at communicating his future availability. As well he is very pleasant to work with. Thanks Brian!”

“I came in from our of town for a family gathering and needed a last minute walker for my dog. Jeffery was great with communicating with me for the last minute need. Was great handling Denise (my 2.5 year old had) and they had a nice hour long stroll around the neighborhood. Would recommend”

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
