About: I've owned and cared for animals since high school. In addition to dogs and cats, I've owned horses since I was 16. I have been\am a foster parent for the Animal Rescue League of Boston since 2020. I'm a former puppy foster for service dogs and participated with early puppy training. I have carried those skills over to training other foster puppies and my personal dog. I have a medical background (EMT) and my daughter is a Vet Tech so I am very comfortable working with animals with medical needs and will follow any required medical plan. In addition to dogs and cats, I'd love to meet\care for your backyard farm animals; horses, pot-bellied pigs, chickens, goats, sheep, etc. I have experience with some of these animals through ownership and fostering opportunities. I'm open to meeting and learning about new friends. We currently have 4 dogs, 4 cats, and 2 horses in our home. All our animals are our babies and I'll care for yours as if they were my own. I'm currently unemployed so I'll have plenty of time to spend with your pets. I'm available for petsitting any day of the week and can work around any personal appointments. Boarding in my home is restricted to cats or other small animals. Puppies (under 1 year) may be accomodated, no adult dogs. For cats; we have a dedicated "cat room" to keep your pet separated from our pets. The room has a screen door so they don't feel locked away and can be part of our household while remaining safe. I will follow your pet care plan while in your home. For Puppies; all dogs are fed separately to avoid food aggression situations. All puppies will be crated for meals and sleeping overnight. If your puppy is not crate trained, I will work with them to ensure they are comfortable and not afraid. I can support your potty training schedule to maintain consistency.

She welcomed my family and dog into her beautiful home and has a great set up for hosting dogs. She has a perfect fenced backyard and we were able to see how her dog and cat interacted with our high energy dog. We had a last-minute change of travel plans due to illness and Adriana was so kind and helped us figure out a new plan. Once we dropped off our dog she sent frequent video and photo updates. Her family made sure he had a lot of play time and exercise through games in their yard and neighborhood walks. She is very organized, kind and a great communicator. We left Sully for an extended period of time for the very first time, which of course came with parental nerves and concerns (especially since my dog has IBD, so he needs the extra care and attention) Ashton was incredibly responsive, accommodating, and understanding of our nerves, but his care for Sully quickly dissolved our nerves of leaving Sully with how well he cared for him. Ashton sent us morning/evening updates, pictures, and took care of our dog as if he was one of his own (so much so that we could tell Sully was sad to leave him!) Ashton is an amazing pup care giver, i’d recommend him 10/10 and will choose him 100x over next time we need a sitter (and i know Sully will be so excited to see him again)”

Kona has some medical needs which always makes leaving her with a sitter a bit anxiety provoking but Lucille made us feel at ease with her communication around medications as well. About: My journey with animals did not start as a job. It began when I was 10 years old and welcomed my first cat into my life. Since then, animals have always been part of my world. I also grew up with a beloved Shih Tzu who was part of our family for 16 wonderful years and taught me what patient, devoted, long-term care truly looks like. Over the years, I have gained hands-on pet-sitting experience with many different animals and breeds, from energetic Golden Retrievers to Maine Coons, playful kittens, and small companion dogs. I also grew up with a beloved Shih Tzu who was part of our family for 16 wonderful years and taught me what patient, devoted, long-term care truly looks like. Over the years, I have gained hands-on pet-sitting experience with many different animals and breeds, from energetic Golden Retrievers to Maine Coons, playful kittens, and small companion dogs. I understand that every pet has its own personality, routine, comfort level, and needs. I live with my husband in a two-floor apartment with hardwood floors and no carpets. I am happy to lift and carry pets on the stairs when needed, as long as they are comfortable being picked up. No matter the age, breed, or temperament, your pet will be treated with patience, attention, and care, just like part of the family. Pet care fits into my routine really easily because I work from home and have a flexible schedule, so I’m able to give all the needed attention to your pet throughout the day. That means plenty of walks, playtime, bathroom breaks, and just being around so they feel cared for and not left alone for too long. I genuinely enjoy spending time with dogs and cats, keeping them active, entertained, and comfortable, and making sure they feel safe and happy while you’re away. I live with my husband in a two-floor condo with its own backyard, and while it isn’t fenced, I’m very mindful of safety and always keep dogs secure when they're outside. The area around us has plenty of green space, which makes walks much more enjoyable and gives dogs lots of room to explore, sniff, and play.
About: I've had a connection with animals since I can remember. I've cared for cats and dogs and have cleaned litter boxes, and have walked many miles in those decades. I'm currently working almost full-time as a school librarian so my availability is weekdays after 4pm, Wednesdays after 2pm. Weekends are open for pet care as are holidays and school vacation weeks. I love to give a dogs plenty of playtime, snuggles, belly and ear scritches, short walks, and long walks. Fresh water always available. And get them moving to work out those zoomies in their system!

About: I love to work with animal, I’ve been in the veterinary profession for 10+ years. If your pet has special care instructions I will follow them perfectly. I have dogs, cats, and horses at home so I am very comfortable working with all sizes of animals. I also know how to care for birds, fish, guinea pigs, and hamsters and pigs. I know how much a pet can mean to someone so ill will care for yours as if they were my own I currently work 4 days a week. I am available Fridays to Sunday’s if you are looking for a weekend getaway or if you have a busy weekend and would like your dog to go for a walk I don’t offer in my home dog services but can offer cat or small animal boarding. About: We are a trio (Riven, Matt, Jason) that have mostly work from home schedules. We have individual Rover verified profiles, and this one is Rivens. I have lived with cats, dogs, and animals of all sorts my whole life. After growing up on a farm and being a founding member of the local 4H Club, my love for animals continued to fostering through rescues, volunteering, and my own pets such as my now passed 17 year cat named Moya, whom I had had since she was a few months old. We around a lot of dogs over the course of the week, so we are unable to on any dogs that will not do well with others for more than an over night. If you have feline family, I am happy to play with crinkle balls, laser pointers, or be a lap as needed. For boarding, my Matt and Jason (also on Rover) and myself are home 95% of the day and can usually accommodate most pick up or drop off time, frequent potty breaks, and walks. For drop in visits we are avaliable to work in the Shirely and immediately surounding area. We have some flexibility with the schedule that we can work out if you're interested! We offer lots of human and other dog socialization in our home. We have people and dogs visitors in home as well as on walks to parks and rivers.

We left Sully for an extended period of time for the very first time, which of course came with parental nerves and concerns (especially since my dog has IBD, so he needs the extra care and attention) Ashton was incredibly responsive, accommodating, and understanding of our nerves, but his care for Sully quickly dissolved our nerves of leaving Sully with how well he cared for him. Ashton sent us morning/evening updates, pictures, and took care of our dog as if he was one of his own (so much so that we could tell Sully was sad to leave him!) Ashton is an amazing pup care giver, i’d recommend him 10/10 and will choose him 100x over next time we need a sitter (and i know Sully will be so excited to see him again)”

We really appreciated Lucille’s attention to detail with wanting to know and follow Kona’s usual routines to help her feel comfortable. Kona has some medical needs which always makes leaving her with a sitter a bit anxiety provoking but Lucille made us feel at ease with her communication around medications as well. About: I’ve always enjoyed being around animals and I know how important it is to have someone you can trust with your pet. I’m patient, responsible, and I’ll make sure your pet gets plenty of attention and feels comfortable while you’re away. I’m comfortable with both dogs and cats, whether they’re energetic and love to play or just want some company and attention. I’m also happy to help with walks, feeding, playtime, and keeping up with their normal routine. I’ll treat your pet like they’re my own and make sure they’re safe, happy, and well taken care of. I have an early routine. I would wake up early and feed the pups or cats. I would take them out for walks through out the day and feed dinner in the evening I have a very calm home, i do have a cat and dog, they are both sweet and loving and would love a new friend.

About: I've had numerous variety of pets my whole life, Worked in pet retail for a time, and genuinely feel I understand animals more than people sometimes. Currently I'm between more traditional 9-5 employment, so I have the time and space to give the care needed for the little (or big) ones. I am open to discussing the individual needs of every client, but the basics of walking, feeding, just plain old attention are well within my capacity. Happy to help facilitate any training that is being done as well.
