About: I've owned and cared for animals since high school. In addition to dogs and cats, I've owned horses since I was 16. I have been\am a foster parent for the Animal Rescue League of Boston since 2020. I'm a former puppy foster for service dogs and participated with early puppy training. I have carried those skills over to training other foster puppies and my personal dog. I have a medical background (EMT) and my daughter is a Vet Tech so I am very comfortable working with animals with medical needs and will follow any required medical plan. In addition to dogs and cats, I'd love to meet\care for your backyard farm animals; horses, pot-bellied pigs, chickens, goats, sheep, etc. I have experience with some of these animals through ownership and fostering opportunities. I'm open to meeting and learning about new friends. We currently have 4 dogs, 4 cats, and 2 horses in our home. All our animals are our babies and I'll care for yours as if they were my own. I'm currently unemployed so I'll have plenty of time to spend with your pets. I'm available for petsitting any day of the week and can work around any personal appointments. Boarding in my home is restricted to cats or other small animals. Puppies (under 1 year) may be accomodated, no adult dogs. For cats; we have a dedicated "cat room" to keep your pet separated from our pets. The room has a screen door so they don't feel locked away and can be part of our household while remaining safe. I will follow your pet care plan while in your home. For Puppies; all dogs are fed separately to avoid food aggression situations. All puppies will be crated for meals and sleeping overnight. Currently I'm between more traditional 9-5 employment, so I have the time and space to give the care needed for the little (or big) ones. We left Sully for an extended period of time for the very first time, which of course came with parental nerves and concerns (especially since my dog has IBD, so he needs the extra care and attention) Ashton was incredibly responsive, accommodating, and understanding of our nerves, but his care for Sully quickly dissolved our nerves of leaving Sully with how well he cared for him. Ashton sent us morning/evening updates, pictures, and took care of our dog as if he was one of his own (so much so that we could tell Sully was sad to leave him!) Ashton is an amazing pup care giver, i’d recommend him 10/10 and will choose him 100x over next time we need a sitter (and i know Sully will be so excited to see him again)”

About: I have owned a cat and a dog. I watch or check in on my friends' and family's pets when they are away from vacation. I WFH fairly regularly so check-ins are really easy. House sitting is doable, but would need to coordinate times as i have some activities with my kid. Animals are all about routine and I don't like to rock the boat. However you take care of your pets is how i want to provide for them.

About: My journey with animals didn't start with a job. It started at age 10, the moment my first cat came into my life. Since then, animals have never left my world. I grew up alongside a beloved Shih Tzu who was part of our family for 16 beautiful years, teaching me firsthand what devoted, long-term care truly looks like. About: I have had pets all my life and adore animals. I enjoy taking the time to play with the dogs, and giving them the love and attention that they need. The Townsend Rail Trail is right near my house, and I am able to enjoy multiple daily walks with my 4 year old Jack Russell Terrier, Loki, on that trail. At this time I are unable to accommodate dogs who are aggressive, or dogs who are not house trained. I currently work from Home, so I am able to devote plenty of time to ensuring that the dogs get plenty of love and attention throughout the day. My daughter also enjoy spending time with any dogs that I have at the house giving them extra love and attention throughout the day, always supervised and as appropriate with each dog. My yard is not fenced in, so a dog would be leashed to play in the yard, but I have a dog runs to enable the dogs to enjoy some time running freely in the grass each day. I am able to separate the dogs as needed and for feeding times to ensure that they remain stress free. We are able to accommodate crate training schedules as needed, our dog is only crate trained at night. We are home most of the time, but if we do leave the house we ensure that the dogs are not left alone for extended periods and we are able to seperate them safely while out of the house without crating them unless requested. We do have two cats, but as our dog does not get along with them we have them separated upstairs from the dogs and all pets are 100% safe. The dogs have free run of the downstairs and the cats have free run of the upstairs all day so that everyone remains safe and happy with no issues!

Currently I am the dog mom to a 5 year old goldendoodle and have volunteered at a local rescue who takes in both dogs and cats once a month for the past 3 years. About: I have lot's of experience in pet care. I walked dogs, pet and house sat for many years in my 20s and after moving to Lancaster a few years ago began pet-sitting again here. My wife and I work from home, which allows us to spend all day with our beloved Havenese Geordi. We all enjoy having other dogs come to play and stay! My wife and I both work from home. My office has a back door out to our fenced in yard so I am able to let the dogs out pretty much anytime they like. I can't even count how many times a day my dog goes out back. About: We are a trio (Riven, Matt, Jason) that have mostly work from home schedules. We have individual Rover verified profiles, and this one is Rivens. I have lived with cats, dogs, and animals of all sorts my whole life. After growing up on a farm and being a founding member of the local 4H Club, my love for animals continued to fostering through rescues, volunteering, and my own pets such as my now passed 17 year cat named Moya, whom I had had since she was a few months old. We around a lot of dogs over the course of the week, so we are unable to on any dogs that will not do well with others for more than an over night. If you have feline family, I am happy to play with crinkle balls, laser pointers, or be a lap as needed. For boarding, my Matt and Jason (also on Rover) and myself are home 95% of the day and can usually accommodate most pick up or drop off time, frequent potty breaks, and walks. For drop in visits we are avaliable to work in the Shirely and immediately surounding area. We have some flexibility with the schedule that we can work out if you're interested! We offer lots of human and other dog socialization in our home. We have people and dogs visitors in home as well as on walks to parks and rivers.

I do drop in visits to feed a meal and just let them out, or I’ll take them on 15-30 minutes walks (weather/temp dependent). Dog walking is my current job, I’m just looking to fill my schedule a little more. I typically start around 10am and the last dog gets walked around 3pm so anywhere in that time frame works for me! I have worked with dog aggressive dogs by using an E-collar so I’m knowledgeable on how to use those correctly. I am comfortable putting dogs into their crate if needed as well.

I am currently in grad school taking classes Monday & Wednesdays with limited availability for those days. I can offer drop in visits or walks 3-5 those days. Overnight care is no issue for my schedule. I take safety very seriously. I will care for your pet & home as though it is my own! Safety is always my top priority as our pets are like our children!
About: Not only can I walk your dog, check in on your dog, provide special care for special needs animals but I’m also able to do basic training with dogs. I love them and care for them like they’re my own. Because for that short bit they’re apart of my pack. I know they’re an extra special family member and they’ll miss you as much as you’ll miss them while you’re away so I’ll provide extra love and care they need until you get back. About: I have grown up in a house with multiple dogs and cats, so I am extremely comfortable working with pets as being with them is all I have ever known. I participate in the Dog for a Day program at ACCT Philly, so I have experience in taking shelter dogs out for the day. I love taking my own dog on different adventures. I have experience with both puppies and senior dogs. I have experience caring for timid rescues, energetic dogs, and dogs that have special needs such as medicine. About: I've had numerous variety of pets my whole life, Worked in pet retail for a time, and genuinely feel I understand animals more than people sometimes. Currently I'm between more traditional 9-5 employment, so I have the time and space to give the care needed for the little (or big) ones. We left Sully for an extended period of time for the very first time, which of course came with parental nerves and concerns (especially since my dog has IBD, so he needs the extra care and attention) Ashton was incredibly responsive, accommodating, and understanding of our nerves, but his care for Sully quickly dissolved our nerves of leaving Sully with how well he cared for him. Ashton sent us morning/evening updates, pictures, and took care of our dog as if he was one of his own (so much so that we could tell Sully was sad to leave him!) Ashton is an amazing pup care giver, i’d recommend him 10/10 and will choose him 100x over next time we need a sitter (and i know Sully will be so excited to see him again)”
