About: I've had a connection with animals since I can remember. I've cared for cats and dogs and have cleaned litter boxes, and have walked many miles in those decades. I'm currently working almost full-time as a school librarian so my availability is weekdays after 4pm, Wednesdays after 2pm. Weekends are open for pet care as are holidays and school vacation weeks. I love to give a dogs plenty of playtime, snuggles, belly and ear scritches, short walks, and long walks. Fresh water always available. And get them moving to work out those zoomies in their system!
About: I've owned and cared for animals since high school. In addition to dogs and cats, I've owned horses since I was 16. I have been\am a foster parent for the Animal Rescue League of Boston since 2020. I'm a former puppy foster for service dogs and participated with early puppy training. Boarding in my home is restricted to cats or other small animals. Puppies (under 1 year) may be accomodated, no adult dogs. For cats; we have a dedicated "cat room" to keep your pet separated from our pets. The room has a screen door so they don't feel locked away and can be part of our household while remaining safe. I will follow your pet care plan while in your home. For Puppies; all dogs are fed separately to avoid food aggression situations. All puppies will be crated for meals and sleeping overnight. If your puppy is not crate trained, I will work with them to ensure they are comfortable and not afraid. I can support your potty training schedule to maintain consistency.

I have spent years working in a small locally owned pet store in my home town taking care of exotics, before moving into kennel work at a vet’s office. About: Ever since I was little, I have always loved caring for my own pets. I have always lived with at least one dog. I currently have a pug, two shitzus, a cat, and a bearded dragon. I enjoy giving them the love, care, and attention they deserve, and so my goal is to give the same to your pets! As summer is approaching, I will be available Monday through Friday during the week to work part-time to provide drop in/housesit and/or walking services to your dog(s). I live on a fully fenced property so dogs can run around freely without the need of a leash. Inside the house is very safe and each room has a door or gate.
