About: I've owned and cared for animals since high school. In addition to dogs and cats, I've owned horses since I was 16. I have been\am a foster parent for the Animal Rescue League of Boston since 2020. I'm a former puppy foster for service dogs and participated with early puppy training. I have carried those skills over to training other foster puppies and my personal dog. I have a medical background (EMT) and my daughter is a Vet Tech so I am very comfortable working with animals with medical needs and will follow any required medical plan. In addition to dogs and cats, I'd love to meet\care for your backyard farm animals; horses, pot-bellied pigs, chickens, goats, sheep, etc. I have experience with some of these animals through ownership and fostering opportunities. I'm open to meeting and learning about new friends. We currently have 4 dogs, 4 cats, and 2 horses in our home. All our animals are our babies and I'll care for yours as if they were my own. Boarding in my home is restricted to cats or other small animals. Puppies (under 1 year) may be accomodated, no adult dogs. For cats; we have a dedicated "cat room" to keep your pet separated from our pets. The room has a screen door so they don't feel locked away and can be part of our household while remaining safe. I will follow your pet care plan while in your home. For Puppies; all dogs are fed separately to avoid food aggression situations. All puppies will be crated for meals and sleeping overnight. If your puppy is not crate trained, I will work with them to ensure they are comfortable and not afraid. I can support your potty training schedule to maintain consistency.

“Ralph is just great! He took care of our black lab for over a week and I think our boy is depressed that he had to come back home! This was our first time finding someone other than a boarding facility to take care of our dog and Ralph was wonderful. He is a natural with dogs and just a really nice guy. He has a great place with lots of outdoor space and his attitude and kindness cannot be beat. I was a bit nervous leaving our dog because he's a solid 85 lbs and he can be a lot to handle, but Ralph had no issue with him and they had a great week. Ralph sent pictures and updates daily. It was really fun to see how happy our dog was. They walked several miles every day. Ralph followed all of our requests and put us at ease right away. He really cares and wants the best. He also had other dogs in his care for some of the time our dog was there, and he handled that so well. We are thrilled that we found him and will definitely be reaching out again. 10/10 recommend!”

We had a last-minute change of travel plans due to illness and Adriana was so kind and helped us figure out a new plan. Once we dropped off our dog she sent frequent video and photo updates. We left Sully for an extended period of time for the very first time, which of course came with parental nerves and concerns (especially since my dog has IBD, so he needs the extra care and attention) Ashton was incredibly responsive, accommodating, and understanding of our nerves, but his care for Sully quickly dissolved our nerves of leaving Sully with how well he cared for him. Ashton sent us morning/evening updates, pictures, and took care of our dog as if he was one of his own (so much so that we could tell Sully was sad to leave him!) Ashton is an amazing pup care giver, i’d recommend him 10/10 and will choose him 100x over next time we need a sitter (and i know Sully will be so excited to see him again)”

About: I have had pets all my life and adore animals. I enjoy taking the time to play with the dogs, and giving them the love and attention that they need. The Townsend Rail Trail is right near my house, and I am able to enjoy multiple daily walks with my 4 year old Jack Russell Terrier, Loki, on that trail. At this time I are unable to accommodate dogs who are aggressive, or dogs who are not house trained. I currently work from Home, so I am able to devote plenty of time to ensuring that the dogs get plenty of love and attention throughout the day. My daughter also enjoy spending time with any dogs that I have at the house giving them extra love and attention throughout the day, always supervised and as appropriate with each dog. My yard is not fenced in, so a dog would be leashed to play in the yard, but I have a dog runs to enable the dogs to enjoy some time running freely in the grass each day. I am able to separate the dogs as needed and for feeding times to ensure that they remain stress free. We are able to accommodate crate training schedules as needed, our dog is only crate trained at night. We are home most of the time, but if we do leave the house we ensure that the dogs are not left alone for extended periods and we are able to seperate them safely while out of the house without crating them unless requested. We do have two cats, but as our dog does not get along with them we have them separated upstairs from the dogs and all pets are 100% safe. The dogs have free run of the downstairs and the cats have free run of the upstairs all day so that everyone remains safe and happy with no issues!

About: My journey with animals didn't start with a job. It started at age 10, the moment my first cat came into my life. Since then, animals have never left my world. I grew up alongside a beloved Shih Tzu who was part of our family for 16 beautiful years, teaching me firsthand what devoted, long-term care truly looks like. About: Been around many different dog breeds and pets since I was a kid. Family and friends have all relied on me to walk, play, and stay with their pets. I am comfortable with small or large dogs! I am a part-time server 3-4 nights a week! My shifts are roughly 4 hours, and I am out of school for the summer so I am available during the weekdays and weekends. I have lived with cats, dogs, and animals of all sorts my whole life. After growing up on a farm and being a founding member of the local 4H Club, my love for animals continued to fostering through rescues, volunteering, and my own pets such as my now passed 17 year cat named Moya, whom I had had since she was a few months old. We around a lot of dogs over the course of the week, so we are unable to on any dogs that will not do well with others for more than an over night. If you have feline family, I am happy to play with crinkle balls, laser pointers, or be a lap as needed. For boarding, my Matt and Jason (also on Rover) and myself are home 95% of the day and can usually accommodate most pick up or drop off time, frequent potty breaks, and walks. For drop in visits we are avaliable to work in the Shirely and immediately surounding area. We have some flexibility with the schedule that we can work out if you're interested! We offer lots of human and other dog socialization in our home. We have people and dogs visitors in home as well as on walks to parks and rivers.

About: I’ve been a dog walker for 2 years. Each dog gets all the lovings and attention from me every time! I do drop in visits to feed a meal and just let them out, or I’ll take them on 15-30 minutes walks (weather/temp dependent). Dog walking is my current job, I’m just looking to fill my schedule a little more. I typically start around 10am and the last dog gets walked around 3pm so anywhere in that time frame works for me! I have worked with dog aggressive dogs by using an E-collar so I’m knowledgeable on how to use those correctly. I am comfortable putting dogs into their crate if needed as well.

“Ralph is just great! He took care of our black lab for over a week and I think our boy is depressed that he had to come back home! This was our first time finding someone other than a boarding facility to take care of our dog and Ralph was wonderful. He is a natural with dogs and just a really nice guy. He has a great place with lots of outdoor space and his attitude and kindness cannot be beat. I was a bit nervous leaving our dog because he's a solid 85 lbs and he can be a lot to handle, but Ralph had no issue with him and they had a great week. Ralph sent pictures and updates daily. It was really fun to see how happy our dog was. They walked several miles every day. Ralph followed all of our requests and put us at ease right away. He really cares and wants the best. He also had other dogs in his care for some of the time our dog was there, and he handled that so well. We are thrilled that we found him and will definitely be reaching out again. 10/10 recommend!”

We left Sully for an extended period of time for the very first time, which of course came with parental nerves and concerns (especially since my dog has IBD, so he needs the extra care and attention) Ashton was incredibly responsive, accommodating, and understanding of our nerves, but his care for Sully quickly dissolved our nerves of leaving Sully with how well he cared for him. Ashton sent us morning/evening updates, pictures, and took care of our dog as if he was one of his own (so much so that we could tell Sully was sad to leave him!) Ashton is an amazing pup care giver, i’d recommend him 10/10 and will choose him 100x over next time we need a sitter (and i know Sully will be so excited to see him again)”

“Cherie had my two large dogs for a weekend. She has a nice, large fenced in yard so plenty of space for them to rome and sniff. She had supplied pics of them walking, playing and chillin' Grif and Cinn were happy to see me when I picked them up, but they still did go back for a few more moments to be in the yard. I would absolutely recommend Cherie for your doggies boarding. Grif and Cinn will be be returning there again for sure”
