I’m an animal lover and have two cats, one dog and 3 goats of my own who I care for every morning/night. When I get home, I make sure my pets get the attention they need, including taking my dog for a walk right away. I’m used to building pet care into my daily routine and understand how important consistency is for animals. On weekends, I have more flexibility to spend quality time with your pets, whether that means going for walks, playing, providing companionship, or simply keeping them company. I’m committed to following your pet’s normal routine and making sure they feel safe, happy, and loved while you’re away! I have a fenced backyard where dogs can safely enjoy some outdoor time and play. I also have a friendly dog and two friendly cats! I understand that every animal has different needs and comfort levels, and I would always prioritize your pet’s safety and well-being. I would make sure pets are supervised, have access to fresh water, and receive plenty of attention and care. I also understand that not every pet is comfortable around other animals, so I would always take introductions slowly and keep pets separated when needed to ensure everyone feels safe and comfortable.

He’s 6 years old, about 16 lbs, and is a very friendly little guy who loves being around other dogs. I live in a clean, tidy apartment right off the Centennial Trail, so we love getting outside for walks and fresh air. I work from home with a flexible schedule, so caring for pets fits naturally into my daily routine. During this recent stay, one of the dogs had an upset tummy, prompting multiple accidents and night time trips outside. If she hadn’t mentioned it, we wouldn’t have known, because the house was spotless and free of any telltale smells when we returned home. Wini is a trooper. She was also great with providing daily updates which we really appreciated.”

About: I won't just treat them as a "pet" I treat all animals as family. I have taken care of various dog and cats from family members and friends since I was a child. This included staying over, walking, feeding, training and playing. At the moment I am pursuing schooling for dog training so I have open availability I usually ask for a days notice but it never hurts to ask. I have had experience with larger dogs (German shepherds, Great Pyerenese, Pitbulls and Saint Bernards) as well as small dogs (Chihuahua's, Shih Tzu and Dachshunds). I also provide baths and nail trimming when asked. I enjoy running too so if your looking to get your dog in shape! If your pets coming to my house they must be crate trained (for when I sleep) and friendly with other dogs.

Outside of that, my time is spent around the pets—feeding, walks, playtime, medications, cuddles, and keeping up with their normal routines. I primarily offer in-home pet sitting so your pets can stay comfortable in the place they know and love, surrounded by their familiar routines and smells. I follow each pet’s individual needs—from meals and walks to medications, playtime, cuddles, and everything in between—and treat every animal like they’re my own. We had a long initial phone consultation to make sure Lori understood our 15 m/o German Shepherd pup has recently regressed with naughty puppy behavior, and wanted to make sure she was up for the challenge. We had an in-home meet and greet which proved that both Lori and our pup instantly got along. We were thankful to be able to get away and feel our pup was in good hands. Lori was up for the challenge and worked hard to indentify our pups’ inconsistencies and how to get along with her. We will use her again in the future for sure!!”

About: While growing up, we always had dogs, living with my best friend, i was her dogs' training instructor, and I have almost always lived with dogs' myself. I love them, despite them being much more needy than cats, but alike, we've always had cats too- even some households where cats and dogs weren't allowed to intermingle. I'm quick to catch a runaway and I've got an open schedule most the time. Our animals are like our children, they need attentive love and care, they sleep a lot, but their bedtimes food schedules and habits are as much of their nature as habit, and breaking their habits, never results in good endings. I operate my own business as SeansServices.Com, I do several tasks like landscaping, cleaning, moving or hauling. My schedule is pretty open until i have a job, then after my job, I am wide open again. There are times I'll do a long distance move, but I do know others on Rover I can recommend or refer if I am unavailable. I will always be up front. I currently cannot offer at home care, but I play with, work with and ask for or look up schedules every time they're given, with screen shots and alarms just like any job, I take my jobs seriously and my attentive and alertness on high. I never know what an animal is capable of until they show me, so I treat them all fairly with common warnings in mind, while addressing and watching for new concerns.

About: I will love and care for your dog as my own. I have always been a huge dog lover. As of now I work at MUV Fitness and am an advocate for helping people feel better about themselves and life. My old dog Bailey is a Beagle/lab that I loved with my whole heart. I adopted her 5 years ago, and she passed away. She was pretty old. Her past owner used to run marathons with her, so we get along great. I will walk/run your dog to make sure they have the exercise needed, but i will also just cuddle and show your dog all the attention they need, until you come home to do so yourself. I also had 2 pitbulls with my old roommate that were both rescues that are huge lovers. I do also provide light housekeeping, poop scooping, brushing, and bathing if needed. I am currently enrolled in school, but all is online so I am available most all day every day. Just with some zoom meetings on my headphones I have a fence backyard, but can also care for your animal in the comfort of your home. Honestly open to whatever works best for the owner and pet!

About: I grew up with so many pets from cats and dogs to bunnies and snakes. My roomate has a cat and Ive been traveling a lot so no pets for me right now but I would still love to interact with pets on my day to day. I work 9-5 but it is a flexible schedule. I can visit your pets before and after work or during lunch! I can adjust my schedule based on your pets needs. I am very empathetic, kind and considerate of your home, rules and expectations with your pet. I can not promise your pets will not be love bombed.

I have a mini dachshund and an American buldog so I know the small dog and I know the big dogs behavior. Will treat your dog as if it was part of the family I'm available throughout the week especially in the evening. I am also free most weekends. Will house sit or walk. I am reliable and committed to providing the best service as possible I feed and take care of my dogs everyday. I give them their medicine when they need it. I am aware of ticks and unusual behaviors and when to seek treatment for them.
