About: For four years, I provided dependable care for my friend’s cat and bunny while she attended college in another city. I made sure they were fed on schedule, refreshed their water daily, cleaned litter boxes and living areas, monitored their health and behavior, gave them affection and attention, and ensured they felt safe and comfortable. I have taken care of animals ever since I started college and did it almost monthly for two years. I can do daily check ups after 4:15pm from Monday through Friday. About: I won't just treat them as a "pet" I treat all animals as family. I have taken care of various dog and cats from family members and friends since I was a child. This included staying over, walking, feeding, training and playing. At the moment I am pursuing schooling for dog training so I have open availability for walks and drop ins! I have had experience with larger dogs (German shepherds, Great Pyerenese, Pitbulls and Saint Bernards) as well as small dogs (Chihuahua's, Shih Tzu and Dachshunds). On top of daily love and care, they have an automatic litter box that I completely clean (fully soaked and scrubbed) every week, I take the time to make nutritious meals for them every morning and night that includes real salmon, minnows, vitamins, and other goodies! I know the area well and my neighborhood is very dog friendly and safe for walking. I have experience taking care of animals with anxiety and that are recovering from surgery. I love them like my own and want them and to have the best experience possible! I’m a dog groomer, but I am looking to do this as a part time job. Dogs and their health/care have been a number 1 priority for me always. I have a 9 month old kitten and a 3 year old poodle who love each other dearly! I really enjoy getting to have new pet friends! I have taken care of all sorts of animals--dogs, cats, birds, lizards, hamsters, bunnies, horses, pigs, goats, chickens and even cows! I feel comfortable with pets who have medical issues, as well. I also have done a fair amount of pet massages for dogs and cats (not lizards, though!!) I have an online business, so I usually housesit and work part-time online. This makes it very easy for me to be in a home with pets who need more attention, or dogs that need walked often. I have done all levels of pet care-from simple one hour drop-in visits for cats to feeding and cleaning up for horses and cows (extra fee for that!!) So, I am very versatile with my clients! I also find that I bond easily with pets, and can often connect to shy or nervous cats and dogs by being present, calm and talking to them. I also know to leave someone alone when they just don't want to connect. I usually do lots of walks and playing together as well as simply sitting and petting and offering yummy treats!
About: Every since I was a kid I have been around animals. My grandma had 3 dogs and that’s where my love for dogs started. My roommate has relied on me multiple times to take care of her cat. I also have a lot of experience watching dogs for friends and family. My goal is to make the dog feel happy and get some extra love. I work in healthcare with a job that allows me to create my own schedule depending on my clients. I will always make sure your pet is fit in my schedule. With having an open schedule allows me to spend more time with your fur baby! I currently live in an apartment with roommates and two cat, so unfortunately I will not be able to board the animals at my place. But I’m available for all the other options.
