“Win took such good care of our dogs on her drop-ins. She was very detailed, took a bunch of pictures, and they seemed really happy to have her there. We would definitely book her again!”
2. Laura A.
“Laura was excellent! Took great care of our Kiki and Scout and left the house in great condition when we got home. Even took care of our tomato plants while we were away! 10/10 would recommend!”
3. Tara W.
“Tara is an amazing pet sitter! She cared for my daughter's and my cats, six altogether, for several days. This was the first time all 6 were left alone so we were a bit apprehensive. She came at the same time everyday and sent photos and short reports on their eating, play etc. We could tell that she cared about them and was carefully monitoring their eating etc. She brought in the mail and offered to bring the trash bins out to the curb on her last visit. Because of all this care my daughter and I had a more relaxing trip knowing that our fur family was in great hands! Many thumbs ? for Tara!”
4. Elysia E.
“Despite me forgetting to formally book the visit, Elysia still showed up to the drop-in on time and rendered a great service. Will rebook in the future.”
5. Teresa L.
“Teresa is Great! This was my time using Rover and I was a little nervous. However, Teresa was very communicative from the start. She was the only person out of many that responded instantly. She sent great pictures of Brooks playing, eating and getting extra belly scratches. Teresa gave him multiple potty breaks and used every bit of each 30 minute drop in to ensure Brooks had some company. I booked Teresa for 9 consecutive sessions over the weekend ranging from 7am to 7pm and she was never a minute late. She was even thoughtful enough to bring in my Amazon packages. All around great experience. I am positive that I will schedule with her again. It means a lot that she looked after my buddy with such a high level of care. Thanks, Teresa!”
6. Tanja L.
“This was our second time booking with Tanya. She came for drop-in visits with our dog while we were away and had family staying at our house. From the pictures, it looks like our dog had the best time, and we heard from our family that he was happy and tired after his time with Tanya! Thank you so much!”

About: I have been taking care of pets since I was in high school, family and friends have relied on me to watch their house and their pets in times of need. I am an animal lover at heart and am happy to provide owners peace of mind while away. I work best with a clear set of directions to follow for your pet or pets, since every animal is different and has different needs. Although I have my own pets, I will not have them in contact with your animals. I currently work full time in downtown Tacoma. Since I work locally I am able to provide care on my lunch break in addition to mornings and evenings, if necessary. I am available weekends as well. Most Thursdays I work fully remote so I am available for drop in visits throughout the day! I offer housesitting and drop in visits, both of which take place in your home in order to keep your pet(s) at ease and comfortable in your absence. Although I mostly watch dogs I have experience in cat care as well!

13. Romy S.
“We recently needed to try drop in checks since our male tends to mark at other homes- not great for other home sitting! We reached out to Romy. I have to say, wonderful communication, on time and very caring and personal with our dog and cat visits. We felt safe that they were home, comfortable, and in loving care. We would definitely choose Romy again!”

I work from home Monday - Friday. You can rest assured that your pet will not be alone more than a couple of hours during their stay. I have a large fully fenced yard and two sweet Aussies to keep your pet company. We live near a park and go on daily walks.
16. Carrie F.
“Carrie is an excellent pet-sitter! She cared for our 3 dogs each day for a mid-day potty break. She is trustworthy and communicative and I highly recommend her services!”
17. Alannah A.
“Alannah is great! She's great with the two kitties and mindful of their needs. She's also very aware of their habits. She let us know the cats weren't wait like they normally do when she shows up, which was very thoughtful. She also topped up the litter, even though we didn't ask her to. She's also great at sending pictures of the two fur babies at every visit and being flexible with their feeding needs when we thought the auto feeder was broken. I definitely recommend her!!”
18. Tobi N.
“Tobi was able to accommodate my drop in sitting needs on very short notice, and she did an excellent job. One of my dogs is a bit slow with developing comfort with strangers, so it was nice to get progress reports and photos following each visit! Additionally, there was a maintenance issue with my house which needed immediate attention and Tobi quickly notified me so that I could arrange for someone to come and take care of it. I recommend Tobi and will plan to use her services again!”
19. Chris M.
“Chris is great with both our dogs and our cats. He always shows up on time and is willing to be flexible with timing when we have specific needs and requests. Most importantly, he is clearly a true animal lover, and he gets really excited to come see our crazy beasts, and he makes sure they have a great time.”

About: As a passionate animal lover, I've had many pets growing up. Most of them were cats, but 13 years ago I met my dog, Tasja. She has been reactive, more so in her younger years. Training, exercise, mental stimulation, and consistency were important to help sooth her reactivity. It wasn't always easy, but I've learned a lot! I’m a fairly calm person around animals, especially when first meeting them. I have a decent understanding of their body language, and a lot of that is due to not only working with my dog, but also from working at a vet clinic. Working at a vet clinic in the kennels was one of the most rewarding jobs I have had to date and taught me a lot about how to handle and care for different temperaments/ages. I’m available most week days from 11am-3:30pm. I try to keep my calendar on Rover as updated as I can. I’m unavailable on weekends and some major holidays. Safety and trust are two of my biggest priorities while caring for your animals. On walks, I remain observant of my surroundings, the body language of your pup, and use positive reinforcement. I keep my demeanor calm, especially around reactive/nervous dogs. I‘ll also have water, treats, and doggy bags with me. In your home, I respect your space. I re-fill water bowls and am adamant about making sure the door is locked behind me when I leave.
