She kept in contact with us frequently via text, sending status reports and candid pictures of him as he went about his day. She has several cats and two dogs and he did very well with all of them. It was helpful that during our initial meet-n-greet she introduced herself to him first outside her home. Then we went inside and she gave him ample time to spend in the environment with her pets. Once he came over for his actual stay he settled in quite nicely and had a great time. Anita was lovely to work with and we'd definitely send Hunter to her again.”

About: I have always been in a home with pets. Currently have our dog (6yr) Cooper, 2 cats (Tobi and Lola), as well as a guinea pig. I work in office these days and only available evenings and weekends. During the summer my kiddos love to want money so have taken up some walking and daycare. My dog and I enjoy a good nature walk/hike during the day while the kids are at school and then sometimes a big adventure on the weekends. Our cats and guinea pig couldn't be more loved and cared for. They all thrive and enjoy each others company as well as my kiddos.

I've raised multiple Doberman Pinschers over the years starting at the tender age of 7 weeks and currently have one of my own, so I'm used to stubborn, energetic and messy dogs. About: My 18 year old Cairin Terrier has just left for doggie heaven. My home is lonely without him. He was my fourth dog, so I have a lot of experience caring for a furry friend. I am retired, but love to travel. I think it would be unfair to adopt another dog while I am still intending to spend time away from home. About: I’ve always grown up with lots of pets, and currently my family includes 5 pugs. I have experience with very large dogs, small dogs, newborn puppies, and elderly dogs. I love walking dogs and can take them out for as long or short of a walk as they need. I also have experience giving them medications including pills, ointments, and eye drops. About: I have owned or cared for dogs my entire life, with the occasional rodent or scaled creature thrown in. Hopefully not at the same time. I’m comfortable with basic wound cleaning as well as administering medication. After a period working in a pet store I’m also more skilled in ear cleaning, breathing treatments, and temperature taking than I’d care to be. Work situation changed so I’m more open to daytime walks and drop ins. I also keep a weird sleep schedule so if you need a late night drop in or walk, hit me up. Update: I did recently get a dog. I live with my niece and her cat can be a little…stabby, for lack of a better word. In your home, I’ll be following your lead. I do tend to go outside with dogs at night, even with fenced yards. I am always wary of bobcats and coyotes looking for water and snacks. I’m also perfectly comfortable with a pile of animals sleeping in bed with me so if that’s what your animals prefer, I’m here for it.

Her dog Bruce is very well trained and got along great with my dog, who’s more interested in human friends than other dogs. She was able to administer his medication with no issues and kept the pups happy and active. She’s reliable, communicative, and took great care of Tex. I will definitely board my dog with her again! :)”
