“Our Remi is a little challenging, cause she is afraid of people and new places. Jo’Ell kindly offered us couple meet ups with Remi so Remi can get more familiar with her before the boarding. She also provided helpful tips to us that helps Remi to opens herself up. During this stay, Todou and Remi both became very picky with the food, Jo’Ell grabbed some food topper for them and resolved the issue. Super experienced!”
