“Lisa is a gem. She made herself available with short notice and was kind and patient with me as a new puppy parent to the rover app. Most importantly I was able to enjoy a day off without feeling guilty and worrying about leaving my puppy’s home for an extended time.”

“Professional & kind! Our dog loved her!”

“Mary is such a wonderful person and an absolute godsend as a dogwalker for my mother and Coco. She was always on time, in great spirits and took such good care of our dog. We would highly recommend her to anyone who needs a caring and reliable dogwalker!”

“Sean was excellent! Sean was great with my dog leaving detailed notes about each walk and sending photos as well. Would defiantly book again!”

“Vivian was the absolute best! I contacted her very last minute and she was such a big help. She came twice a day and always gave me updates on doobie and a whole lot of pictures. It was my first time using rover and I’m so thankful to have come across V’s profile! What was really nice of Vivian is that doobie loves to go up and down random apartments in the community I live in and she mentioned how doobie took her up and down stairs and I honestly thought that was so nice of her because I know doobie does that but she just let her be, 1000/10 for V, thank you!!”

“Very kind and helpful :)”

About: I have taken care of dogs since I was 5 years old. I've had dogs my whole life and I've babysitted kids with dogs and I know how to take care of them. I am currently attending college, but that will not interfere with Rover. I am often doing nothing important (other than homework) after school so I can work around jobs. I have a fenced backyard and I have a dog named Dino (De-no) to keep your dog company. I also have dog food and treats to make sure your dog loves its stay. (Currently not doing boarding)

“Thank you for walking Luna and meeting her before walking her”

About: My family is big on rescuing animals, so as long as I can remember I’ve always been surrounded by all types of animals! Officially I have been caring for dogs since I was 8, this was around when I rescued my first dog, Buddy, a Brussels Griffon. My mother owns a lot of property where she has four dogs, goats, a pig, and many cats. I watch the house and care for the animals while she’s away. More frequently, I care for my Fathers dog, a blue short haired pit-bull named Shadow, as well as my ferret I have had for 5 years, Karma. I am also comfortable with light grooming (brushing), bathing, cleaning up messes, and assistance with medication to help you and your furry friend! I’m currently working part-time so I will have plenty of time to cater to your companions. My work schedule is usually more full during holidays like Christmas and Valentine’s day, but I am very flexible and will always work to help benefit you and your pets! I can perform and educate myself on any practices desired for your pets comfort. Unfortunately, I am currently unable to dog sit in my home.

“Bracey was amazing and so kind. She treated my babies as if they were her own. Thank you for being so amazing and being able to help out during the holidays. Will be sure to book again whenever needed!”

“Thank you”

About: I have been caring for pets of my own along with watching family/friends pets since I was young. I have 2 dogs and 1 cat who I love like they are my children. I love all animals and enjoy taking care of them. I would love to help watch yours when needed! I am available Monday through Friday in the morning to late afternoon. I do not have employment that would interfere with any walks that are scheduled. I always make sure my dogs are playing outside and going on walks. My cat is indoor outdoor. I would care for your pets the same as mine

“Cecily was absolutely amazing and great with my dog! She was super friendly and provided updates on how he was doing. Will definitely be requesting her services again!”

“Lily was taken care of in a timely fashion the night we were out. We received photos and e-mail updates. Overall, we were fully satisfied and happy with Hailey's care of our dog.”

About: I got my first dog when I was 5 and have had one ever since. I began petsitting when I was 12 years old watching pets on my block, so I currently have 20 years experience. I also volunteered for a year at an animal shelter while I was away at school walking and spending time with the dogs and socializing the cats. I love animals and currently own two dogs (husky and pit), two cats and three ferrets. I also still ensure I spend time with my family cat back at my parents. My dog pulls on a leash so if your dog pulls I am used to it. For me its not just walking your dog or feeding your pets its also spending time with them. 1 year of volunteering at the RISPCA in Rhode Island in 2010 Currently working as a teacher but I am available before work, after 4 and anytime on the weekends. I follow school schedule so off for holidays and summers. I do on occasion have to bring my daughter/son with me to visits based on if I can’t get someone to watch them. I make sure each visit is complete with a Rover Card making you aware of what we did during my visit. I make sure to include at least one photo.

About: I’ve grown up with at least 2 dogs at a time, and currently have 3 dogs. I have always been a dog lover and am obsessed with my fur babies. I am very active and love to go for runs and walks daily, and I would love to bring a furry friend with me! I’m currently in my undergrad at college, and spend my summers working part-time, so I have plenty of time to attend to your pups! I can accommodate your schedule and can wake up early or stay up late in order to make sure your dog gets all their energy out! I’m only offering walks as of now, considering one of my dogs is not very friendly and the other is very old, but I am very familiar with training puppies and caring for older pups as well, as 3 of my dogs have crossed the rainbow bridge <3

About: I know how to take care of small dogs from <10lb to 80 lb to adult dogs. I know how to deal with anxious dogs that need more attention. I’m currently in school but I will have plenty of time to play with your dog after school hours. I’m available 3-9 on weekdays and 8-9 on weekends I will make sure all needs of the dog are met before I leave and make sure to give them everything they need while I’m there.

About: Hi all, we are a friendly English-French/American animal-loving couple looking to pet sit in our home in Voorhees, NJ. We moved to NJ recently after having relocated to the US from London, UK a couple of years ago (I - Coralie am English/French and my partner Lou is American). I currently work as a partnerships manager for a global healthcare charity. I work 9-5 hours but work from home 99% of the time. I've grown up with dogs and cats and have been caring for them for years. Louis my partner is an operations manager in IT and also works from home full time. He has a caring demeanour and loves all cats and dogs of all ages. He is also a master cuddler and belly scratcher! As we work from home, we are flexible to watch them all day, play, walk and feed as needed. We live in a very green area, right on a public footpath that leads to forest walks, we are also a short drive away from lots of parks and amenities. We have a big fenced backyard where dogs can play around and also go potty between walks! We have a dog ourselves, Sky - he is a very friendly cockapoo, and looks more like a goldendoodle, he's very friendly with other dogs, people and children. We walk him three times a day at 7am - 1pm - 6 pm. He is a member of our family and does almost everything with us! We are very flexible and will of course make sure that any visitors follow the same rules in our home as they normally do in theirs. We have a crate at home if needed, lots of dog toys, blankies and a couple of dog beds. We can groom and bathe the pets if need be. We give our Sky a lot of family time and hugs and would love to do the same for any other doggy staying with us! Please get in touch if you would like us to keep your little ones while you are away! Coralie & Lou We’re currently both working fully remotely so we are available most days during the week to help with sitting. We take lunch breaks and already have our own dog so our visitors will be tagging along to our daily walks & games! Most dogs will generally pair up with Sky, play in the morning then tire out and lounge by our feet. We have separate home offices so the dogs generally come and stay with us throughout the day when we aren’t playing or going for walks. We generally finish early around 5pm or so, at which point we take the dogs out for about an hour to get some fresh air before dinner time!

About: I have 5 years of experience in pet-sitting dogs, cats, fish, hissing cockroaches, and have even owned a hedgehog myself! I am an assistant manager at a local food establishment with a very flexible schedule. I own a ton of plants and succulents and am always willing to water your plants if needed. I'm a detail-oriented college student at TCNJ who loves all animals and breeds! I have a flexible work schedule and never work earlier than 11:30am or later than 10:30pm. I am off most days of the week and never work more than 7 consecutive hours at a time. My average shift is 5 hours long. I owned a hedgehog which I had for 3 years. Although I do not own any dogs or cats myself, I have 4 years of experience in pet-sitting a variety of animals (anything from guinea pigs to hissing cockroaches) and get along with almost every animal. I have looked after puppies, older dogs, and cats all in the same home. I love all breeds of dogs and cats and big dogs don't bother me!

About: Originally a chihuahua mom who has since adopted two hound dogs and a boxer, I am comfortable with dogs of all sizes and energy levels! I have trained and raised my own pets for the past 14 years, and previous to that I helped train and care for many family pets through all stages of life, so I am comfortable administrating and giving medication. I love to walk, play fetch, and lounge (if you’re lucky enough to have a lazy pup!) I am looking forward to meeting the goodest boys and girls! I am currently going back to school to finish my degree and have plenty of free time. I am looking to stay busy and motivated during this time, and a furry friend always helps during stressful periods of life! While in others’ homes I always treat the owner, the pet, and the home with respect and care. I am always sure to clean up after myself and those who I’m caring for, and fully close doors and gates behind me in homes with pets. For visits at my home- I have a fully fenced in yard on a 1/3 acre lot on a residential street. Yard is free of imposing structures for maximum space to run. Fresh water is always available for non-barrel chested dogs. Barrel-chested dogs are provided with water after playtime, once their breathing is monitored and controlled.

Valerie managed my nervous Daisy expertly! I think they are going to be great friends! Daisy responded well to her commands given by Valerie. Valerie listened closely as I described Daisy’s personality and needs. She took time to play ball with her after the walk was complete, which I think made a world of difference! I highly recommend Valerie to anyone looking for someone truly interested in getting to know your pet.
