Rachel was absolutely wonderful. We were very at ease that our pets were being well taken care of. We have two shelter Dogs that spent inordinate amounts of time in shelters and are shy and slightly eccentric and generally scared of strangers. Rachel has a way about her that Dogs seem to sense, and they warmed right up to her. She also takes really great pet photos. Highly recommended.
Melanie was absolutely fantastic from start to finish! And I'm pretty sure I brought every challenge a pet sit can bring. I had to schedule last minute, I was leaving the country, and I have multiple dogs. She stayed overnight with them, and unfortunately we did have a scuffle between two of them on the second night that she handled masterfully. She got on the phone with me right away, sent me pictures, took great care of everyone, took the injured dog to my vet and followed up with great care of him until I could get home 2 days later. Her communication was excellent! The dogs were clearly well taken care of and in great spirits when I got home. This was my first experience using a Rover sitter and she exceeded my expectations by far! I feel incredibly lucky that Melanie was the sitter who got my crazy clan. She was kind and patient and wonderful about the entire experience.
It's really an we exercise in trust to leave one's home and hound with others, and we very quickly realized that we had nothing to worry about with Andrea here, taking care of both our dog and home. Marti the dog was really well-cared for, and Andrea made sure she got her plethora of daily supplements, in addition to lots of love and play. Outstanding service and we are very grateful.

Patrick has a way with animals that few people do. Our dogs were in excellent hands with him and he really went above and beyond with all their needs, spending time learning their habits and playing with them, and following our feeding instructions exactly. They took to him instantly, and it was clear they were very relaxed and happy around him. Our cats did not require any special care with their fully automated routine, but Patrick still did a great job looking after them as well. Testament to his ability with animals, two of our cats are very shy and seldom seen when company is over, yet they both started to feel comfortable enough around him that they presented themselves to him towards the end of his stay. We can highly recommend Patrick to anyone who is looking for a dependable, responsible, and attentive sitter for their animals.
Kat was the best Housesitter! She took excellent care of my senior golden retriever Gus. She provided regular updates and photos which was very much appreciated. I came home to a happy boy and I knew Kat gave him lots of love and attention. I highly recommend Kat for your housesitting needs.
