About: Hi there! I’m Victoria, but everyone calls me Torie. I have been walking dogs and sitting houses for the past couple years while working on my degree. I’ve walked small chihuahuas to great Danes, and have loved every second of it. I go above and beyond of the dogs I care for and make sure they get the exercise and nutrition they need. I also clean every home I take care of to a tea. I hope I can help you out with your needs soon! I have classes from 9am-2pm on Mondays through Fridays. So Ideally I can work in the mornings or afternoons. I am also available on weekends. Depending on the dog I like to make sure my walks are thorough and not about just going potty. I used to walk the great danes I would watch for several hours and to get an off leash park. I always make sure they are fed and have water. Most importantly I loge playing with the dogs. I don’t have any pets right now so I will live vicariously through your pet and treat them as my own.

“I don’t even know where to begin. My husband and I rarely go on trips together. We have three dogs, they are all different ages with different care levels, and finding someone to care for them has always been challenging. Our family planned to go on an Alaskan cruise, and we decided to join them. We reached out to Karen and she was SO responsive. She got back to us quickly and agreed to do a meet and greet. Our dogs LOVED her immediately. We have a 6 year old street dog whom we rescued from Mexico. He is very sweet but is slow to warm up to people. Within a few minutes of Karen being at the house he was begging her for pets. It was decided right then that Karen would be watching our fur babies. Fast forward a few weeks and we are all lined up and ready to go on our trip. We’ve done a pack walk with Karen and have walked her through their daily needs. Karen is very thorough and wants as much information about your pets as she can get. To make sure everyone was good to go, my husband and I took our senior dog to the vet to get her arthritis shot. We wanted to make sure she would be comfortable while we were gone. At the vet appointment, we got heartbreaking news. Our veterinarian had a difficult and honest conversation with us about our dog’s health and quality of life. Our senior was 19 years old and had started experiencing some cogitative decline and mobility issues. After several long discussions and uncertainty about our pup’s health while we would be gone, we decided it was time to allow our sweet baby to cross the rainbow bridge. We were devastated and, as you could imagine, were experiencing some anxiety and uncertainty about leaving the other two dogs. When we explained to Karen what happened, she provided so much comfort and security. She let us know that there wasn’t any pressure to go on the trip and assured us that if we did, she would make sure our dogs were well loved on. We ended up going to Alaska. During our trip, Karen sent us photos and videos, and made sure to give us daily updates. If we request additional photos or videos, she always sent them no questions asked. She went out of her way to make us feel at ease, and it really helped give us the space and peace of mind to process everything that happened. Having Karen care for our fur babies not only allowed us to go on a family trip, it’s also allowed us to grieve our loss without having to carry the stress of the day-to-day and making sure the other dogs were taken care of. It goes without saying, but we will definitely book with Karen again. If you’re considering hiring Karen for your pets, I highly recommend it. You will be a so happy you did. Thank you Karen. We truly appreciate you, and the love and care you extend to Doodle and Wendi while we were gone.”

About: I LOVE LOVE ANIMALS!!! I have a great passion for pet care and personally understand what its like wanting to make sure they are safe, doing well and have everything they need while you are away. I would love to assist with taking them for walks, feeding them or cleaning the litter box. I'm also okay with cleaning up behind them if they should have an accident. In addition, I would be more than happy to give them some playtime while creating a new friendship. Since I am mobile, I would come to you so that your pet would be more at ease with me while already being comfortable in their own home whether it's in the daytime or nighttime.(Overnights available on Sun, Mon, Tues).Please do not hesitate to reach out to me if you need that special someone you can trust with your fur babies. About: I had a fully booked pet and home sitting business from 2014-2016. I'm experienced with dogs, cats, chickens, and small caged animals, as well as elderly pet care. Medications? No problem! Special needs? Happy to accommodate your pet. Need plant care? I'm a green thumb plant lover too. I work remotely so as long as you have stable wifi, I am able to be present with your pet all day. Occasionally I may leave for errands but mostly I will be there caring for your pet and working on my laptop. I prefer to come to your home, as there is an elderly chihuahua at my home who needs her space. I have stellar references from repeat clients who have been happy to return to a tidy home and a happy pet.

I can take them on walks, or to parks or short hikes if preferred. I can house sit and take care of your plants and do some light cleaning if needed as well.

About: We are a husband-wife team that both work from home and love dogs and cats. We walk our dog(s) daily for a 3 to 4 mile walk, and shorter routes can be done for dogs that can't go long distance. Happy to house sit your fur baby/babies or just provide breaks for your pup or feed the cat. Our motto is... A tired dog is a good dog! We have flexible schedules. We are comfortable with giving meds if needed. Good with large breeds and light training during walks. Happy to reinforce whatever training / skills you are working on. We sometimes foster dogs, so schedule can be unpredictable at times. We both work from home currently, so have the ability to do drop-in visits morning, afternoon or evening. Soon-to-be retired for one of us, so that will increase availability quite a bit. We are not currently offering boarding in our home due to having a dog-selective large breed at this time. Happy to pet-sit in your home, usually just one of us.

About: I've had many pets since I was a young child. My grandparents had a farm so I've had experience with all sorts of animals. My dream is to have an animal sanctuary some day. I believe it's important to provide care to an animal in their home to limit stress and disruption to their normal routine. I have 3 dogs at home. Many of my home cleaning clients have animals so I'm exposed to all types of pets on a daily basis. Walking dogs provides exercise not only to the dog but for me as well. Providing care and a routine that the animal is used to is important to me. Communication with the pet parent is key to a successful experience with any animal.
