“So if you are looking for a breath of fresh air for an animal sitter do not look any further. Jodi went beyond just taking care of our dog who is a lab 60 Ibs. Down to every detail I ask her to do she did plus did more. She brought out our garbage to the curb and brought in our mail each day. We had a camera which we told her we had. When we had a chance to look at it she was interacting with our dog, excited to be there and our dog always greeted her with a wagging tail and his toy. She walked him each visit and did not care about the 1/2 hour she had to be there. She stayed as long as he did his business and was happy. She truly loves her job and it shows. If you are reading this review please beware of dog sitters that have good reviews. We do have a camera (which we tell each of them) and have seen dog sitters sit on the chair waiting for the 1/2 hour to be up. They leave back door open and just stand there while the dog is outside for 10 minutes then they leave. When we ask to walk the dog they have an excuse why they did not walk like the weather. Jodi is a gem and nothing like the negative comments I wrote. I will definitely be hiring her again!!”

I am also a sitter with Freedom Paws, where I care for service dogs when their raisers are in class or at work. Many of these dogs are puppies under one year old, so I help reinforce their training, including basic obedience, socialization, and leash manners. In addition, I have experience dog sitting and house sitting for families, caring for dogs with a variety of needs. I am comfortable caring for puppies and can administer medications according to owners' instructions to help ensure pets stay healthy and comfortable while in my care. I work full-time on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Friday mornings. However, I am available all day on Tuesdays, Thursday mornings until noon, and Fridays after 2:00 PM. I also have weekends completely free and am comfortable providing overnight and weekend pet sitting when needed. About: Hello! My name is Izzy, I’m 21 years old, and I’m going into my senior year at Penn State while working at Rita’s Italian Ice in Cranberry Twp. I’m so excited to start my Rover journey! I’ve grown up with having dogs in my household all my life, from a 4 1/2 lb. Chihuahua to a chunky Toy Fox Terrier to a mighty but loving Rottweiler-Black Lab mix. I’ve also been tasked with taking care of my neighbor’s and friend’s dogs over the years, whether that be stopping over to give them food, bathroom breaks, and cuddles, or even staying overnight over the span of a week so the dog(s) don’t feel alone. Therefore, I’m hoping to be the best fit for you, too! Outside of dogs, I love to be in our pool when the weather is warm and being able to do so with my family, pick up new crafting hobbies like scrapbooking or embroidery, and go to concerts of a variety of artists (43 concerts and counting!), most recently being 5 Seconds of Summer. I can’t wait to start this opportunity and hopefully bring some relief to someone in need of dog-helping needs! I’m currently working part-time at Rita’s Italian Ice in Cranberry Twp., and the schedule always fluctuates between 4-6 hour shifts. I don’t have set days, but I’m typically scheduled one weekday and the Friday-Sundays, However, I have plenty of time outside of those shifts and always accommodate around them to ensure that all the dog’s needs are met. At home, I assist in letting our dogs play in our fenced-in backyard, giving them treats when they’ve behaved or done a trick we’ve taught them (sit and “paw”), taking them on neighborhood walks when it’s nice outside, assuring that their food and water are filled, and playing with them to get their zoomies out before everyone starts winding down for the night. Outside of my home, if there is not a fenced-in backyard, I’ve taken the dog(s) outside on leashes for bathroom purposes, as well as do all actions mentioned above from what I do at home. Some houses have also had puppy pads when necessary, and I always take appropriate measures to clean up any messes and re-lay down a fresh puppy pad.

I make sure dogs are securely leashed before going outside for walks or bathroom breaks, and I take extra precautions with senior dogs, including administering medications on schedule and helping prevent falls or injuries. During walks, I carry water when needed and check pavement temperatures to protect sensitive paws. When house sitting, I work hard to keep pets comfortable by maintaining their normal routines, providing plenty of attention and companionship, and making sure they feel safe while their owners are away. I also respect and care for my clients' homes as if they were my own. About: I’ve always had pets and have taken care of family and friends dogs for years! I know how to train puppies with basic commands and give dogs medicine! I also can take care of cats and most pets! I currently bartend so my schedule is very flexible! i have a relatively set schedule and can work around it with you as we need! i made sure the doors are closed securely and i make sure i see the pets when i am with them to make sure they are happy and safe

About: I’ve taken care of all animals cats for friends, family and neighbors my whole life no dog or cat is to big or small for me! I work remote and are available almost always during week and weekends! So my schedule is flexible and able to work with your work/life balance I have 4 cats so will not be able to crate or take care of pets at my house, but more than happy to come keep them company anytime of the day

About: I’ve been taking care of pets since I was little and my neighbor would have me walk their dogs or watch them when they went on vacation. I love pets! My camera roll is full of photos of all the animals in my life. I love walking, playing, and chilling with pets of all kind. I’ll provide reliable and trustworthy care for your fur babies! I’m currently working part time- with shifts no longer than 4 hours at a time, meaning I’ll have plenty of time to take care of your pets!! I’m a college student back for summer break so I have lots of free time and want to be getting outside on walks more. I’ve previously stayed in client’s homes to watch their pets. My approach to that is to go with the flow of the pets and their owners- following their routines and habits. Additionally, it’s incredibly important to be respectful in someone’s space.

About: My family always had quite a few pets growing up. Not just cats and dogs. We had birds, reptiles, fish and farm animals. It wasn’t always easy but it was worth it. Now it’s just my pup Beef, making friends around the neighborhood. My schedule is fairly flexible. Making a regular schedule is always preferred, but last minute requests are welcome. Not all days and pets are the same! I do prefer to care for pets at their owners home, at least at first, where they’re comfortable. If the pet is more independent, walks and feeding can be of service. My pup, Beef loves to play and has brought other dogs out of their shell to socialize. So if they get along, he would be there for our walks and playtime.

About: I’ve had dogs and cats my whole life, worked at kennels, and currently care for pups at Camp Bow Wow, a dog daycare. I’m experienced with all kinds of pets from cats, dogs, reptiles and treat every animal like my own — with patience, safety, and love. I care for dogs weekly through my job at Camp Bow Wow and love spending my extra time helping other pets too. I’m flexible and always make time for walks, play, and check-ins. I don’t host pets in my home, but I’m completely comfortable caring for them in their own environment, where they feel safest. I make sure they’re well-fed, walked, played with, and given plenty of attention. I follow each pet’s normal routine closely so they stay relaxed and happy while their owners are away.

About: I have been taking care of dogs for years as I’ve trained my own dog to be a service dog when she started as a rambunctious puppy. I have had dog aggressive dogs who I’ve helped them be able to overcome those issues. I as well am able to be very active and can handle large dogs as I have a mastiff and Great Dane of my own. I currently work part time in retail. But would love to get out and get another job that I will enjoy. So I will have a functional schedule that I can always work around with to cooperate with my clients. I will only be going to my clients’ homes which will make sure that your pet is comfortable and I can work with those who may have dog aggressive dogs. I have experience with them and use positive reinforcement with treats for bad behavior.
