About: I’ve been taking care of our 8 animals since I was 8 when I turned 15 I got my own puppy and potty trained him myself and taught him tricks myself. I am very responsible with dogs and feel I would be a good fit for you :) I am currently am on summer break on college and will be available 24/7 for your animals needs. I am very flexible and do not mind long stays or difficult animals I make sure all of my pets have food and water throughout the day, inside and outside, and I expect to do the same for your animals. I will ask for an explanation about your dogs diet and restrictions.

About: I bring over 15 years of experience as a puppy trainer for Canine Companions for Independence, where I helped raise and train service dog puppies with structure, consistency, and patience. That experience gave me a deep understanding of obedience training, behavior development, socialization, and building trust with dogs of all temperaments. I’ve also had dogs and cats my entire life, so caring for animals isn’t just something I do — it’s who I am. I’m comfortable reinforcing training, working with puppies, and providing gentle, attentive care for senior pets. As a stay-at-home dad, pet care fits very naturally into my daily routine. During the school year, I have flexibility and availability throughout the day for drop-ins, walks, feedings, and check-ins. Summers are even more open, allowing me to offer consistent, reliable care with a flexible schedule. Because I’m home-based, I’m able to prioritize punctuality, routine, and communication. Pet care isn’t something I try to squeeze in — it’s something I can intentionally plan my day around to ensure your pets receive dependable, attentive care. When caring for pets in a client’s home, my priority is keeping their routine as normal and stress-free as possible. I follow feeding schedules carefully, provide exercise or playtime based on their needs, clean litter boxes or pick up waste promptly, and reinforce any household rules or training already in place. I understand that pets feel most comfortable in their own environment, so I focus on consistency, patience, and attentiveness. I also provide regular updates and photos so you can feel confident and connected while you’re away. With over 15 years of experience training puppies for Canine Companions for Independence and a lifetime of owning both dogs and cats, I’m highly observant of behavior and body language, ensuring your pet feels safe, secure, and well cared for at all times.

About: I’ve taken care of my friends and family’s pets for 7 years all different sizes. Big and small and I love every minute of it! I’m currently working part time in Kalamazoo but Still have plenty of time to be able to play with your pets! My schedule does change weekly. I play with them, feed them and take them on walks. If they want they can sleep in my room or bed with me as well!

About: I’ve been helping my parents raise dogs since I was around 10 years old, our first dog being a collie we rescued as she wasn’t being treated well with her initial owners. We took her in and got her cleaned up, took care of the fleas she had, found her a good diet, and gave her lots of love and attention through it all. We took her on camping trips, out on the water to go fishing, out on walks and to get pup cups at the ice cream shop, her favorite place being my granny’s house. Alongside her, we raised three more dogs when they were puppies, each one two years apart. 2 of them are Australian shepherds, and one is a husky, all girls and grew to form their own little pack, respecting each other’s place and playing happily in a big fenced in back yard. We supported our collie till her last breath as she was elderly, and even as she was so old, she always had her usual, laid back and quirky personality. Even now, I continue to help my parents take care of our dogs, as they’re not just pets, they’re our family, our fur babies, even in they’re old stages of life, they’ll always be our little babies in our hearts. So rest assured, your fur baby will be 110% safe and cared for with me, maybe even a bit spoiled! I’m sticking with Rover full time for a while! I’ve tried Camp Bow Wow, and found it isn’t the right work environment for me. I like providing services through Rover as I can better manage my schedule and get to know your fur babies more personally! With specific instructions written on paper, I have no issues accommodating to your pet’s needs in your home! I’m respectful during visits in others homes, treating them as my own and keeping spaces clean and tidy. With proper cleaning tools, I can clean up accidents on hard surfaces or rugs, I may need a demonstration on how to use a specific cleaning machine or vacuum depending on how complicated it is. I’m not allergic to any animal, or any breed, so pet hair doesn’t bother me! If need be, I am able to administer oral medications with proper instruction and demonstration. On walks I make sure to keep dogs close to me and away from the road, I carry doggy bags, and on hot days, I’ll carry a little folded up bowl that I can poor water in, so your baby stays hydrated!

About: Hello😊 May name is Ashlynn, I’m a 27 year old mama to 2 (as well as two fur babies). As far as the fur babies go, I adopted my sweet Isabelle in 2019, and my sweet boy Mustard (named by my 6 year old) 😂❤️ in February 2025! Although I don’t have a dog, I love them just as much and love any opportunity I get to work with them and spend time with them! I have worked with animals since I graduated in high school in 2016. I have worked at animal shelters, a vet clinic and a doggy daycare so I have a ton of experience. I’m excited to get to know you and take care of your fur babies! 🥰 I am currently doing rover as my full time job so I am able to be very flexible with my schedule and take last minute clients I sadly cannot offer boarding currently but I am happy to send pictures and updates of your fur babies when I drop in to take care of them!

About: I have cared for dogs extra small to giant breeds, including those with special diets, missing limbs, medication requirements, and seizures. I send frequent picture updates in the app and I thoroughly read your pet's profile needs. I'm currently working part-time from home with a lot of availability. Pets free roam my open concept living space while I work on the computer within their sight. My yard is large AND HAS A FENCED ZONE ATTACHED TO THE HOUSE! My road is private and there is no traffic. I have a golden retriever who is very intuitive to other dog's special needs. He knows how to play gently, or not at all, with elderly, disabled, or small dogs. My small maltese is a couch potato that knows how to navigate around high energy and giant breeds. I can crate your pet if you desire. Located in a country setting just a few miles off the highway, midway between Kalamazoo/Portage - Grand Rapids/Byron Center and Holland/Allegan - Plainwell/Richland, -- and easily accessible by many neighboring cities and towns. Accepts last minute bookings and loves overnights and extended stays. Can accept multiple dogs and will accept only your dog(s), if you prefer, during your stay. I am home full time. Your schedule is followed to keep your pet comfortable. Pets are at ease with consistency and a calm environment where they enjoy play, cuddles, and lots of choices for comfortable naps. Pets are allowed on the furniture where cuddles are encouraged. Home is kept super clean and smoke free. Open concept home means your pet is always within sight and kept on the main level. A portion of the yard for pets is completely enclosed with a fence leading to an entry/exit of the home so that escape artists never have a chance. 😀

About: I have had dogs my whole life! I love working with them and caring for them all! I am also able to train them to an extent! I am currently unemployed, I am available anytime, any day! Just let me know what you want or need and I am happy to help. I will care for the dogs in any way wanted or needed. In experience with my own pets I know all dogs and cats are different from another. I live out of the city in the woods and could easily crate if needed!

About: I have been a lifelong pet owner and love dogs. I have taken care of lots of dogs. Walking them, feeding them, brushing them, and most of all giving attention and love to them so they do not feel anxious or sad when their family is away. I am currently working very part time and would be available weekends or weekdays and also overnights. To give your dogs the best love and support I have a big yard but it is not fenced in so best to be on a leash at my house. I am also able to crate if need be.

About: I have grown up with multiple pets in the house at once and have 5+ years of sitting. I am very passionate about ensuring that animals are well taken care of and have a flexible schedule. I’m currently a graduate student at WMU, and spend most of my free time studying or hanging out with my cats! My schedule is very flexible, which means I have more time to spend with your fur babies :) I am able to walk, feed and play with your pet for as long as needed, as well as drop by for potty breaks as often as needed. I take into account the personality of every animal and tailor each experience to each different pet.

About: I’ve been caring for dogs my whole life! Not only my own dogs, but friends and neighbors dogs as well. I love animals and they love me. I am flexible and can adapt to serve your pets needs. I have great attention to detail and care for pets in a timely manner, feeding and walking consistently according to their normal schedule to avoid disrupting their routine. I know how tough it is to leave your pets, but I will give them love and care and send as many pictures as you’d like throughout their time with me. I am a grad student and I would be happy to add caring for your pet into my day or week. I have time to let your pet out about every 4 hours. My schedule is flexible and I am happy to accommodate any special requests. I groomed my golden doodle and gave him all his haircuts for several years. I’d be happy to groom your dog too! I will do my best to adjust to feed and walk or play with your dog at the time they are used to do their routine isn’t disturbed.

About: Hello my name is Justin L, I am 39 years, single, no kids and work full time. I lost my dog about 5 years ago and it was very hard to deal with. I am not ready to commit to another one yet, so I figured I might as well get my dog fix by helping others out on their vacation or their busy schedules. I always grew up with dogs and have had them all from small to large. Dogs are a mans best friend is the most true statement and I will always provide the best care for those dogs. Life would be so boring without dogs in it. I hope at some point in the future to get my own dog. I am available after I am off work. Depending where I’m working and where you are located I can possibly swing by during lunch time as well. I like to listen to what the owners say as far as what their preference for how they want their pet to behave. Any parameters with the house they typically write them up and I keep them updated throughout the day with photos of the pets.

About: We have plenty of property for animals to run and play! And a large home that is welcoming to humans and animals! We have a dog, 2 cats, 2 bunnies and chickens! I only work a couple of hours each week so I have plenty of time and energy to play with your pet! We have a dog that also loves having friends come over! We treat our dog, cats and bunnies as members of the family and will treat your pets the same! We look forward to caring for your pets!

About: I am an animal lover; I have been my entire life.I have experience working with senior animals, I have experience with administering all medications; whether it’s injections, oral liquids, or pills, or topicals. I treat my dog and my cat like they’re part of my family. I want your pets to feel loved while you’re away, so I will do everything I can to ensure that happens. I will make sure they are fed exactly as you need me to, I will administer medications (if they need them), we will go on walks, and if they are allowed to sleep in a bed, they can sleep with me also. I will make sure your home is straightened up before your return as well. I have a completely open schedule; so I can stop over any time of the day that you need care. Whether it’s early morning, or late evening, I can make that work for you. I will treat your home as if it is my own home. I will clean up after your pet and myself.
