“In Switzerland, Daniel was volunteering at the official Zurich kennel. We have a bichon frisé, a rescue dog with parvo virus. He gets seizures when we miss his medication. Daniel takes him for daily walks. Until recently, we had a Shi-Zu, another rescue dog, named Binx. He was older., Daniel loved Binx. Unfortunately Binx had heart problems. Binx needed a lot of medications, and the vet had to put him down. Daniel was very upset about Binx. Daniel has a long history with dogs. He loves dogs.”

I have a golden retriever who is very intuitive to other dog's special needs. He knows how to play gently, or not at all, with elderly, disabled, or small dogs. My small maltese is a couch potato that knows how to navigate around high energy and giant breeds. I can crate your pet if you desire. Located in a country setting just a few miles off the highway, midway between Kalamazoo/Portage and Grand Rapids/Byron Center, easily accessible by many neighboring cities and towns. Accepts last minute bookings and loves overnights and extended stays. Can accept multiple dogs and will accept only your dog(s), if you prefer, during your stay. Looking to be as accommodating as possible. I am home full time. Your schedule is followed to keep your pet comfortable. Pets are at ease with consistency and a calm environment where they enjoy play, cuddles, and lots of choices for comfortable naps. Pets are allowed on the furniture where cuddles are encouraged. Home is kept super clean and smoke free. Open concept home means your pet is always within sight and kept on the main level. A portion of the yard for pets is completely enclosed with a fence leading to an entry/exit of the home so that escape artists never have a chance. 😀

About: We have plenty of property for animals to run and play! And a large home that is welcoming to humans and animals! We have a dog, 2 cats, 2 bunnies and chickens! I only work a couple of hours each week so I have plenty of time and energy to play with your pet! We have a dog that also loves having friends come over! About: AVAILABLE STARTING MAY 10, 2024 I have been around dogs and other animals my entire life! I have experience with puppies and dogs of every size! I have dog sat for many people in the past, and I always treat them like my own little family members. I am currently working part-time, so I would be available every day at some point to be able to spend time with your fur baby! They will never go more than a few hours without me! I live on 26 acres with two friendly dogs (lab mixes). We also have a fenced in area if you feel more comfortable with that! Both of my dogs get multiple walks every single day, and they get to run around and explore the woods (on/off leash, depending on what you prefer). If comfortable, I would love to take your dog/s for as many walks as they like!
