About: Hello! My name is Tyler and I've been around animals my entire life. I am very comfortable with dogs and cats, including in my home, as we have a four-year old Frenchie, Odie, and two-year-old Boston Terrier, Marzipan. I am a work-from-home sports journalist who can leave the house, often at specific times, to meet your needs. I also have the flexibility to potentially stay at your home or be there during the day to interact with your animal, as I can work remotely as long as I have internet. I have been helping watch my friends' animals over the last 10-15 years, giving me plenty of experience to help with your animal and give them all the pets they want while I'm there! I am comfortable with doing things like giving medication, putting in a crate, take on walks, etc. Please feel free ot reach out if you have any questions! I am a work from home sports journalist with a very flexible schedule. I do have multiple YouTube shows I do each week where I would need to be in my office, but those are around 11 and 6 on both Mondays and Thursdays. I can do most of my work remotely, so I can sit for you by either hanging out during the day or possibly staying the night. I will treat your dogs like I do my own: with care, compassion, and a lot of love. I am a kind hearted soul myself, and often connect very well with dogs. Whether you need them to be walked, on strict rest, get lots of playtime, etc, I will gladly do that for your pup like I do for my own at home.

About: Hi! I’m Megan, and I’ve spent years working hands-on with dogs of all breeds, sizes, and personalities. I have a strong background in pet care, including working as a dog trainer for both group classes and private clients, as well as experience in dog daycare, boarding, and veterinary settings. I’ve cared for dogs in many environments and I’m comfortable handling everything from basic care to more behavior-focused needs. I have experience reading dog body language and helping pets feel safe, comfortable, and understood. In addition to my professional experience, I’ve been extensively involved in rescue work as a foster home and running a shelter behavior group of volunteers so I’m especially patient with reactive, anxious, or higher-needs dogs. Every animal has different needs, so I will do my best to figure out what sleeping arrangements make them the most comfortable during their stay (I have kennels of every size so people do not need to bring theirs back and forth unless they prefer to). I've had 3 dogs, mice, hamsters, and even a frog! I have a couple pets, a Sheprador which is a German Shepherd and Labrador mix named George, and a hamster named Baba. I feed my dog George twice a day making sure to let him outside right after, I regularly brush him because he just doesn't stop shedding, I wash him every other month so he doesn't get stinky, give him all of his medication for his allergies, and just giving him constant attention such as walks! Baba gets fed once a day with a healthy balance of veggies, fruits, seeds, and original food. I clean his cage every 1 to 2 weeks depending how it looks and/or if it stinks, and finally I regularly take him out of his cage to pet him and let him run around in his ball! George and Baba get along haha! Plus a new member being Chunk a little lab puppy!

About: I take very care of my cats and make sure they have a well balanced diet and life. I’ve babysat friends dogs and am very good at following any directions and preferences they give me. Cats and dogs give me so much joy and I always have the patience and love for them. About: My dogs have always been very high needs growing up, so I have a lot of experience working with different diets, medications, and needs. I'm an athlete, so I can take them out for long periods of time to get exercise as needed, which can be really helpful for hyperactive dogs who have to be cooped up during the day. I'm also entirely capable of caring for senior dogs, I can take things at their pace and make sure they're comfortable and happy. I am currently a full time college student, but I have a lot of open time either between classes or after them. I commute to the Twin Cities from the suburbs, so I can easily travel wherever I am needed to be able to check in on or take care of your furry friends. Being in the cities with my own car I can take dogs out for walks around the lakes or down some of the trails nearby so they (and I) can get some proper exercise before my classes. When caring for pets, I always make sure they are getting plenty of time to move around, especially if I'm just dropping in to check on them, but regardless of the need. I like to keep a checklist of what I need to get done, as well as just having a bit of time to play with or pet them. I can take pets out for walks on foot or with my roller skates, which lets me go longer distances with them. I make sure to clean up any messes I might make, putting everything back as I found it and keeping things nice and tidy for when you get home again. I'm confident staying in new places, and can make sure everything stays safe in your home or space during my time there.

I love working with animals, it’s my Ikigai! I work in sustainable real estate and start my day caring for my animals that I have rescued and am fostering.
