“I appreciated Dayjah being able to take Willie on short notice for 24 hours when I had to go out of town. He came back happy, and tired! The only glitch is that Willie didn’t take well to Dayjah’s cat, so she had to keep him separated from the kitty and that was probably an inconvenience for Dayjah! Willie apologizes and blames it on the fact that he’s a JRT, and the only other acceptable animals on the face of the planet are dogs. Ohhh, Willie… Thanks, Dayjah!”

About: Hello! I'm Tina. I live in Waconia, and I'm looking to care for your dogs, for walks, quiet snuggles, or just a good run around the back yard. Will house/pet sit as well. I've had 3 dogs in my life, and 20+ years of playtime, laughs, and bonding with my "kids" as I call them. I currently have a 15 year old shih tzu/mix who is my baby. In the past, I've taken care of one of my dogs, who had many health issues, so I'm experienced with senior or special needs animals. I've administered meds (pills), spent many days at the vet, and am very sensitive to ill animals and senior animals who just want to rest or have low key play. I have experience with puppies as well who are looking to just have fun! I'm very responsible and dedicated to my animals, and would be the same with yours. About: I have had pets my whole life and cared for my own for the past 20 years. I've had all creatures small (hamster) to large (St. Bernard). I currently have 2 dogs, a hamster, and 4 chickens. My family and I have also fostered pups through a local rescue for the past 5 years. We have aided in puppy training to senior care through both personal pets and fostering. My hours are part time allowing more availability to spend with your pet. Our resident dogs have free roam of the house for up to 6 hrs unattended, but can be crated if need be. There is typically someone home until 10am each day and home by 3. Potty breaks and cuddles in the morning and then walks, and lots of cuddles in the afternoon and evening. 1 weekday and weekends there is someone home all day to give all the attention. Our resident and foster pups have a basic schedule of eating and morning, afternoon and evening potty breaks in our backyard. Dogs that are trained well on a leash, or new puppies that need training, will get 2-3 walks a day. We have cozy places for naps and all pets are allowed on furniture. Depending on the pet we are happy to let them free roam or crate, whatever the preference is of owner for times we are not home. Between the adults and kids in the home, your pet will get lots of cuddles and playing, treats and mind stimulation.

In this, I also have experience crate, house, and yard training! Though I’m currently at college, I have quite a few breaks during the day in which I could check in on any pets and make sure they are happy, heathy, fed, and don’t need to use the restroom. I have all nights and most weekends free, and have flexible hours during most of the week. We also have a 7 year old mini goldendoodle who we've trained and raised since he was a puppy so I'm pretty accustomed to being around animals.
