About: Hello! I (Mellysa) have 14 years of veterinary specialty and emergency hospital experience as well as fostering and pet sitting. Prior to that I grew up in 4H and was responsible for farm animals from large animals like cows, horses, pigs, sheep to chickens and peacocks and other fowl. My partner (Chris) and I work together petsitting and own an online business as well. We specialize in patients that have extra needs or need to have medications or treatments administered, but love healthy pets too! We can do daycare or overnight care at our house. We enjoy working with all types of breeds, young and old, feline and canine. For daycare or boarding, they must be under 15 lbs. I (Mellysa) am well trained to be alert and ensure your pet is comfortable and healthy at all times. We will never force your pet to do something that they do not want to do or is unsafe. I love pets of all kinds and have vast experience with almost all, including reptiles! I have a fenced yard with several points of security. The plants are non toxic and no pets go out unsupervised. About: Hi I would love to help look after your pets while you can’t. I have had my own pets my entire adult life so feel assured that your fur baby will be loved and well looked after. I also have my own puppy so your baby will always have a friend to play with here. I can also train your puppy to do basic tricks like sit, high five, etc. I have taught a lot of my friends puppies that recently. I also have a house with a fenced backyard so they will have plenty of space to run around or chill. I have a hybrid work schedule and I am usually home Thursday to Sunday during the day. So I can be available 24*7 on those days but if you need boarding or day care services on other days, I can make that work too if you can shoot me a quick message to discuss. I have a house with a fenced yard so your fur baby will have plenty of space to run around or chill. I also have a puppy coming in October so he will be there to keep your babies company soon.

As soon as I met Jodi, all my anxiety went away. Her vibe was amazing. I knew I made the right choice. Her communication with us was great ahead of time, and her communication with us while Browser was with her was great. Lots of fun pictures. She asked all the right questions about taking care of him. She was very flexible with our schedule. Browser went to Jodi for 2 days. We picked him up and he was clearly happy, and when we dropped him off the next day he ran to her. Jodi made our trip so much fun because I knew Browser was having fun and well cared for. About: I have a young pup myself! She is four years old, and I always take her for walks, to the dog park, beaches, etc! While taking care of her I have watched other dogs, or have taken them out for quick breaks, etc. She loves the company, and I love it too as well as being able to help a fellow doggy mama or father. I did take her to training so I have some skills in training puppies or any age as they can always learn! This is a home with another dog so I will need proof of vaccinations for boarding or daycare, and can only board/watch dogs that are socialized around other dogs and enjoy their company. So happy to help, looking forward to playing with more pups! I currently work part-time, so I have plenty of time to help out! I can board dogs any day of the week, but just know the days I work they will be caged in a large cage during my shift or until my partner is home for the protection of my dog and yours. My dog is extremely social and friendly in fact she likes dogs more than people, but I want to be safe and keep them separated when no one is home. They will never be left alone for more than 4 hours, if that, for the days that I work. For walking services I am available during the morning/afternoons, and some evenings just reach out whenever and I'll let you know! Same goes for daycare. I understand sometimes things come up, so don't hesitate to reach out for same-day service! I'm always looking for a new adventure, so I know a lot of walking spots, and even some water spots for the dogs that love to splash! I also have a partially fenced in back yard, but I have a line that I would use for the dogs to play. If comfortable with me driving, I do have two doggy seatbelts, and know of other places to take the dogs to play, but I have plenty of local dog parks and walks nearby if driving is not something you'd want me to do with your dog. Trust me, I get it! When we're done with our adventure, I have plenty of toys to play with in home. Again, for boarding services, depending on the days needed for boarding, I may have to work. The pup will be caged for safety purposes of both parties, but never more than 4 hours.

About: I grew up with dogs and have lived with multiple dogs at a time. I also have experience navigating food, treats, toys, and walking with multiple dogs at a time. I fostered three dogs before adopting my own. I loved training my own dog as a puppy and would be happy to help with yours while sitting. I work part-time with a very flexible schedule. I am available most days for dog walks and overnight stays. I prefer to have your dog stay with me aside from 1-2 night stays. I alternate walls with either 2-3 neighborhood daily walks or a longer hike with a daily walk, however will accommodate dogs needs as advised. I will follow your lead as you know your pet best in regards to feeding, sleeping areas, and exercise. I understand how it takes a lot of trust to leave your pet with someone else so I aim to be an excellent communicator, attentive and responsive to your pets needs. I prefer to walk dogs on leash especially with an orange vest during hunting season, unless in an enclosed space. I am a big fan of having my dog Ziggy meet yours outside of the home first and/or letting your dog sniff around before bringing my dog in to avoid over stimulation and potential aggression. Although my dog is not possessive or aggressive towards other dogs! I have a fenced yard with grass to allow the dogs to play and use the bathroom. I do not have a kennel, so if your dog kennels, we will need to bring it to our home. Looking forward to meeting your dog!

About: My love for animals began early on once I rescued my first childhood pet. Throughout my life I have walked and taken care of animals however, my love grew insurmountably when I rescued my first dog (Gordy) myself. Gordy and I loved walking, hiking, going on adventures, and snuggling. Unfortunately, in November 2024 he was diagnosed with a variety of complicated health problems and passed away in April 2025. That journey led me have experience in handling diabetic dogs (giving insulin, being aware of behavioral changes, and giving medication). I also have some experience/knowledge in dog training as Gordy was a canine good citizen. I am acutely aware of how to successfully walk and handle hyperactive pups and love to provide other enriching activities. I am communicative and love interacting with both dogs and humans and I find it important to gain the trust of you as I know all too well how much your pup means to you. I am a licensed mental health counselor who currently works primarily at home. I have a flexible schedule allowing plenty time for a good walk and enrichment while also providing appropriate downtime and attention. While I do live in an apartment, I have access to a number of parks in the Troy area while also willing to travel to surrounding areas for more fun.

Then we settle in for breakfast time, all dogs rest 30 minutes prior to meals, 30 minutes to eat, then followed by another 30-60 minutes to digest. This helps prevent bloat( while any size dog CAN bloat--most often occurs in larger/deep chested breeds, but I take no chances). We then are in and out throughout the rest of the day when dinner time commences between 5-6pm, repeating the same 30-30-30/60 routine. Last let outs and romps wrapping up around 10-11pm. I don't operate a free for all. Fully fenced in yard. Specifically zoned areas for potting and play. Daily house keeping services including vacuuming and daily crate wipe down and disinfection. Dogs are outside as much as we can be, under direct supervision weather permitting.

I was recently laid off and I'm enjoying time with my dog's. Love having guest dogs join us! Kit is crate trained and she loves her "home" which can provide both dogs a break as they get to know each other. Murray generally ignores other dogs. About: I'll make sure your dog is treated just as if it was a child well loved more than anything. It will be fed well probably taken care of and most likely will be like a friend of mine. I'll try to teach him a lot with interactions and play many games for sure I will take him out a lot cuz I'm more of an outdoor person. Going out to Parks possibly running around for a walk and playing mini-games that would benefit the dogs health and mines. There's a big dog park near where I live I'd be more than glad to take him there and build a bond with the dog make sure he's well taken care of for sure. And lastly I love pets
