About: I truly enjoy the opportunity to care for dogs of all ages and of all types. It’s not just a source of income, but something I enjoy. I frequently dog and house sit for family and friends, and look forward to doing the same for you. I treat your dogs as if they’re my own. I may be available outside my service area for long term contracts, especially with multiple dogs. I currently have open availability to dedicate to taking care of your pups. I am happy to check in on them, take them for walks, make sure they are fed, provide overnight pet sitting (at your home). I had a pup of my own for fourteen years, but don’t have one at the moment. I look forward to the opportunity! I am available to walk, feed, and pet sit at your home. Long walks for exercise, spending time to be sure they are comfortable, whatever is required. I unfortunately do not have boarding at my home as the building I’ve lived in for nearly twenty years is designated a “historical landmark” and pets are prohibited.

About: I’ve cared for pets my whole life! That includes foster animals, senior animals, young animals and so many more. I’ve always loved animals of all kinds, and I hope that I get the chance to meet yours! I am a college student who misses her animals and would love to take care of yours! I have a very open schedule and would like to help however possible! In clients’ homes, I follow their routine closely to keep pets comfortable and stress-free. I prioritize safety, give lots of love, and keep things clean.

About: My pet sitting experience began 15 years ago when I was the neighborhood go-to for walking and feeding pets. That transitioned to in-home care experience in my neighborhood and beyond. My most valuable experiences comes from my own family dog. She had many quirks from being rescued, and from her I have ample of first hand experience on how to handle dogs that do not get along with other people or dogs. I am currently available 7 days a week, and am available from early morning to late night. I am currently between jobs and am flexible on care time and needs. I find joy in meeting your dog's needs- whether they have energy to burn or need cuddles on the couch, I aim to provide a caring and respectful presence for your dog. If staying in a client's home, I treat their space with respect and cleanliness.

About: I tend to pet sit for family and friends. They request me personally due to loving animals and how I get along with their animals. I am out of work due to surgery. I can drop in anytime. Thought becoming a sitter during this time would be a good use of my time and get me out of the house. I always make sure the dog and/or cat is taking care of (Food, water, ect). Katie is compassionate and took care of our diabetic 14 yr of girl with a cone and cleaned her and pampered her with such care and love (crying as I write with gratitude). It’s not just about being fed and cleaned but about that feeling of reassurance that someone there loves them like we do that helped us enjoy our vacation. About: I've owned and taken care of dogs my entire life. I'm proud to be one of the first people friends and family call when a petsitter is needed. I love walking, and I love dogs. This seems like the perfect opportunity to exercise and get my animal fix! I'm currently working full-time Monday through Friday. I can do evening walks after 5:00 PM (as weather allows) and I can do weekends between 9:00 AM - 6 PM. My current apartment doesn't allow pets, but I can housesit on weekends or in the evenings if the location is somewhat close to my work in Waterbury. I'm a long-time vegetarian, and have always had an extra sensitive heart when it comes to animals. I think that earning an animal's trust is such a privilege and gift, and I honor that. I cannot house pets in my current apartment, but I will follow the guidance and knowledge of the owners in their homes and while on walks.

Plans ended up changing last minute but she was extremely flexible and understanding. In addition to this she was so sweet to Denali. We came back to a smiling pupper:)”

“Wendy was a great sitter for our puppy while we were skiing in Stowe! She met us before the visit to meet our pup and then she came each day to check in on him at our house rental. About: I have had dogs in my life since I can remember, from family dogs to dog sitting for friends in high school, to now owning my own two little creatures. I am knowledgeable and comfortable with high-anxiety dogs and leash-reactive dogs (one of mine is both of these and more!) and am comfortable and confident with all sizes, breeds, and ages. There's nothing better than plugging into a good podcast and taking a nice, long walk with a furry friend. I have experience with all types of dogs, especially bully breed dogs (pit bulls, boxers, etc) and everything from high anxiety dogs to puppies to elder care dogs. I can administer oral medication, and have given humans shots before so with some owner coaching, would definitely be comfortable administering injected medication if needed. I'm currently working part time, so I have lots of time to take your pup on a walk during the day or hang with them while you’re out of town. I live in Burlington, VT, but I'm willing to travel. I am happy to come to your home where your dog is already comfortable and familiar. Having two dogs who have utilized Rover for this reason, I believe it is the best option for some high-anxiety dogs not to be put into an unfamiliar situation when their parents are gone. I am also available for drop in visits and/or neighborhood walks during the weekday! There’s nothing better than plugging in a podcast and taking a long walk with a pup!

Dogs or cats happy to help watch Pretty flexible and willing to work with your needs. I always work from home , so there is flexibility to be available at any time. I also own FURBO so if I have to step out , your animal will always be watched. I work from home so can accommodate almost any request or care need, just ask! I Can keep your dog or cat separate from my dog if need be.

While my yard is not fenced, I always keep safety first—dogs are supervised at all times and leashed when needed.

“Allison was great! She was available for our last minute issue! She sent multiple photos and videos of our pups. Updated us with how they were doing and if our younger pup got into anything as this was her first time left out of her cage for more than 3 hour at a time. Allison actually showed up on time to every visit and would notify me if she hit traffic or wanted to swing by a couple minutes earlier/later. Allison is very reliable which is my biggest want in a sitter! Will be using Allison for all our future trips.”
