“Sarah was wonderful to work with, very communicative. We were able to do a meet and greet in advance to make sure our dogs would get along (they did!). Sarah sent a picture or video daily (sometimes multiple times a day). It was nice to get updates on how our dog was doing, so we didn't have to worry on vacation. About: Grew up around dogs, my family has always had one in our lives. Feel I have a special bond with dogs, big and small, and rarely do I experience coming across a dog that does not warm up to me. Experienced in all forms of taking care of dogs, from walking and feeding, to playing and living with, sitting for family and friends both in their home and ours. I work full time from home but have a lot of flexibility during the day. Early mornings and evenings can be accommodated with simple planning. My family currently has an older female beagle who is sweet as can be, and very lazy. She is not aggressive towards other dogs and is fine being around dogs. We have three little children who are completely accustomed to having dogs present, and love to help with feeding and play time. We live in a small house but could accommodate 1 dog for short stays if need be, preferably small-medium sized (less than 40lbs). We do not have a fenced-in yard but live near a dog park and excellent areas for walking.

She watched our very enthusiastic 1.5 year old golden retriever for the weekend, and took him on hikes, had him splashing in brooks and meeting goats. About: Hello! My name is Steph and I have been living in Vermont for about 10 years now. I am a young professional who loves animals end enjoy helping others in caring for their pups! I own a mini Australian Shepherd named Oakley who is 6 years old. He joins me on most of my adventures that include running, biking hiking, paddleboarding, snowboarding, and overall just be outside. Spending time in the area I know great spots for pet adventures. I have been dog walking for 8+ years with dogs of all ages & sizes. I am capable of continuing training plans, giving medications, and any other pet needs. Please don't hesitate if you have any questions. I aim to provide the best services possible & I look forward to getting to know you and your fur babies! I have a very flexible schedule over this summer and can provide daily pet care walks and services. I am also home most of the day. I currently live in a town house that has multiple floors & an open floor plan. I do not currently have a fenced in back yard however I live in a quiet neighborhood that’s perfect for walks and have nearby access to multiple trail networks.

About: I've owned and taken care of dogs my entire life. I'm proud to be one of the first people friends and family call when a petsitter is needed. I love walking, and I love dogs. This seems like the perfect opportunity to exercise and get my animal fix! I'm currently working full-time Monday through Friday. I can do evening walks after 5:00 PM (as weather allows) and I can do weekends between 9:00 AM - 6 PM. My current apartment doesn't allow pets, but I can housesit on weekends or in the evenings if the location is somewhat close to my work in Waterbury. I'm a long-time vegetarian, and have always had an extra sensitive heart when it comes to animals. I think that earning an animal's trust is such a privilege and gift, and I honor that. I cannot house pets in my current apartment, but I will follow the guidance and knowledge of the owners in their homes and while on walks.
